"Marcus, MARCUS!" I yelled out to Ice

"Marcus, MARCUS!" I yelled out to Ice. My frustration seemed barely bearable this past week; seeing as we had to make several distributions to various clients in: Colombia, Guatemala, Argentina and Mexico. While simultaneously gathering as much information as possible on "Kiana Sanchez". It proved to be very difficult, almost impossible actually. But I was praying and hoping that both Marcus and Santiago would've gathered something substantial seeing as they both are the top tech guys on our team.

"Yes boss?" They both chined in together, breathing heavily as they tried leveling their breathing.

I tried my best to keep my eyes trained off of Ice but something about a man all sweaty and gruff does something to a girl's insides.

"What do you have for me?" I asked straightening in my seat as I clasp my hands together infront of me indicating I was ready to devel into business. A simple act to divert my eyes off of my employee.

Santiago was the first to open his mouth as Ice stood there silently allowing him to have the floor, "Well, we checked everything. From hospital records to tracking systems. We even traced bills and more but our search came up empty in the end unfortunately"

"Fuck..." I swore out under my breath believing to myself that none of them heard but to my surprise when I lifted my head a bit Ice was looking me dead in my eyes with a hint of concern on his face but quickly concealed it and averted his gaze back to Santiago.

"Are you SURE you looked everywhere?" I asked Santiago. I was at my wits end and was about to lose my cool.

"Yes ma'am but that's all we have for you" He responded and turned to leave, that's when Ice finally spoke up.

"Actually we have checked everywhere boss but; would it be possible your mother or brother would know something?" I stared him directly in eyes and I could see it affected him a bit due to the slight raise of his eye brows. I honestly don't want to believe I may have another sibling hence why I ruled out either Monica or Matéo knowing. But Ice words does have the wheels in my mind turning.

"No..I don't think Matéo would know. Atleat I don't think he would be that demented in the head not to tell me" I got out all in one breath and I leaned back in my seat. Again Ice took the floor and spoke up.

"With all due respect ma'am, your second in command has proven to be quite untrustworthy, I wouldn't put this simple thing past him. But I would strongly suggest you inquire about her from him or your mom." And as usual his usual gruff exterior was still intact as he finished speaking. Unbeknownst to him I was dreading having this conversation with Matéo.

I don't trust my brother and its been a week now since he's been tied up in the basement repeatedly tortured. I should feel sorry for him BUT that puta cabrón deserves it.
