As they arrived at the hospital, Priya's heart raced with worry for her father. She hurriedly made her way to the reception desk, where she provided her father's name and was directed to the emergency room.

Ram followed closely behind, his expression solemn as he observed Priya's distress. He had never seen her so vulnerable before, and despite his reservations about their arrangement, he couldn't deny the sincerity of her love for her family.

Inside the emergency room, Priya's mother sat beside her father's bedside, her eyes red from crying. Priya rushed to her mother's side, wrapping her in a comforting embrace.

"How is Dad, Mom?" Priya asked, her voice trembling with fear.

"He's stable now, Priya," her mother replied, her voice choked with emotion. "The doctors said he'll be okay, but we need to keep an eye on him."

Priya nodded, relief flooding through her. She glanced over at Ram, who stood silently by the door, his expression unreadable. Despite their unconventional agreement, she was grateful for his presence in this moment of crisis.

"Thank you for bringing me here, Ram," Priya said, turning to him with gratitude in her eyes.

"It's the least I could do," Ram replied, his voice softening. "I'll make sure your family gets the best care possible."

Priya's mother looked up at Ram, her expression a mix of gratitude and uncertainty.

"Thank you, Mr. Kapoor," she said, her voice wavering. "We don't know how to repay you for your kindness."

Ram offered a reassuring smile. "There's no need for repayment, Aunty. Priya is important to me, and her family's well-being is my priority."

Priya's mother nodded, her eyes filled with tears. "Thank you, beta," she said, reaching out to squeeze Priya's hand.

Priya squeezed her mother's hand in return, her heart full of gratitude for Ram's unexpected generosity. Despite the challenges ahead, she knew they would find a way to overcome them together.

As they sat by her father's bedside, Priya couldn't help but feel a sense of hope for the future. With Ram's support, she was determined to do whatever it took to save her family and build a better life for them all.

And as for their unconventional arrangement, only time will tell what the future holds. But for now, Priya was grateful for Ram's help and determined to make the most of the opportunity he had given her family.

"Dad, it will be alright," says Karthik, also in tears.

As Karthik spoke, his voice trembling with emotion, Priya's father stirred in his hospital bed. His eyelids fluttered open, revealing tired but grateful eyes.

"Priya... Karthik..." he whispered weakly, a faint smile tugging at the corners of his lips.

Tears welled up in Priya's eyes as she reached for her father's hand, her heart overflowing with relief. "Dad, we're here. Everything's going to be okay."

Karthik rushed to his father's side, his own tears streaming down his cheeks. "We were so worried, Dad. But you're strong; you'll pull through this."

Priya's mother, sitting beside her husband, let out a choked sob of relief, leaning in to press a gentle kiss to his forehead. "You scared us, you know," she whispered, her voice trembling with emotion.

Priya's father squeezed her hand weakly, his gaze shifting to Ram, who stood silently in the corner of the room. "And you must be Ram," he said, his voice barely above a whisper.
