Ellie stood with Cassie as they got to work. Ellie frowned as she saw the tension with George and Meredith "what the hell is going on with them" Cassie asked as she sat next to Ellie who pulled her hair into a bun. Ellie was feeling awful and knew how the morning sickness had hit her and she knew how she had to tell her mom

"I dunno. What happened with mark"

"He's gone for now" Cassie said as Meredith looked to her and smiled.

Ellis sat in the locker room as she got to work and yawned. She looked to see George and Meredith. She could see that there was tense between the two of them

"50 bucks says O'Malley caught her doing Mark Sloan" Alex said as Ellie smirked

"No that would be my sister sister...O'Malley would he so lucky" Ellie said

"There's something going on. I mean look at them" Izzie said

"Why are you such a gossip" Ellie said as she glared at izzie

"Alright he walked in on her doing mcsteamy" Alex said as Ellie groaned in disgust at the thought of it

"That would be me" Cassie said

"See what your doing to me" Alex said as Ellie rolled her eyes

"Did I just call that dude mcsteamy?" Alex asked as Ellie chuckled

"Oh you know you did besides you knocked me up I take pleasure in these little things" Ellie said as she slipped on her shoes

"Awesome. You are ruining my life" Alex said to Ellie who smirked. Cassie faked gagged at the two of them. She knew how happy that she was that Ellie was happy even though she and Alex weren't together. They were having a baby and Cassie felt that wasn't just it when it came to the two of them

"you love it" Ellie said smirking as she leant in and kissed him

"What's ah...what's a going on?" Izzie asked as she walked over to where George and Meredith were as George and Meredith both give Izzie weird looks

"Nothing" Meredith said

"Oh you know we're going to find out anyway" Cristina said

"You tell us and maybe we can help" Izzie said

"There's nothing to tell" George said

"Oh that means there's something to tell" Meredith said

"Come on" George said

"There's nothing to tell" Meredith said as Ellie looked to them. She knew that they were totally hiding something. Ellie knew that there was something going on and she could see that she was upset
