Kamen Rider Genm as his killer shocked them even more after they confirmed that the killer was indeed Genm and because of this, Union put more effort to try to find him and capture him to find out about his secrets but still no results.

One of their member tries to do a sneak attack on him but Y/N just nonchalantly avoids it and then he breaks his arm before he breaks his neck, killing him.

As he goes through their hideout he found their sex slaves and then get them out with the disguised shipgirls helping them to get out from this place before he goes back to maybe find something interesting there and his instuition was right, there are some interesting informations here. It turns out Issei has been working for them in exchange to have sex with their sex slaves. Another information is that this group have some plan to attack Azur Lane and make the shipgirls their sex slaves and Issei will also join them in the attack.
Enraged by what these lowlives planned to do to the shipgirls, Y/N angrily punches a table that conveniently in front of him and destroying it in one hit without saying a word and he then swears that he will make their leader, Vult, suffer.
Upon regaining his composure, he also finds the information regarding the locations of their other hideouts alongside with the location of their main hideout and he immediately goes to the other hideouts first with the disguised shipgirls coming with him before he goes to the main one but not without revealing the information about Issei's association with the Black Dogs to the whole world alongside with the pictures of him with the Black Dogs.

After he's done with Black Dogs' other hideouts, Y/N is seen using Genm Level X-0 form is seen easily goes through any Black Dogs grunts without any trouble at all just like he did with the previous Black Dogs hideouts. One of them tries to attack him with his sword from behind but Y/N avoided that and forcefully takes his sword from his hand before he decapitates him with his own sword and after that he stabs another Black Dogs grunt that tries to attack him from the side in the head.
More Black Dogs grunt try to overwhelm him with numbers but Y/N skillfully uses the stolen sword until only one of them remain and tries to run away but Y/N throws the sword at left his leg which makes him fall as he tries to get away from Y/N.
