She looks up at him in disappointment. He would've never put his hand on her in such a way, he doesn't love her anymore? Jisu gets up with tears streaming down her face, not because of the slap but because of who slapped her.

She can't even formulate words due to the shock. Being scared she walks backwards, Taehyung seeing this, he takes threatening steps towards her. "I'm going to ask you one more time. Where were you?"

Clearing her throat she tries to build confidence to answer him. "With Jungkook."

"Didn't I tell you not to see him again?" He towers over a trembling Jisu.

"I'm sorry." She tries to slide away from him but he grabs her shoulders tightly.

He clenches his teeth due anger and stares into her eyes thirsty for blood. "When I'm done with you, you'll know when to listen."

He pulls her upstairs to their shared bedroom and locks the door so she can't escape. Tying her to the bed post he takes out a leather belt, seeing this Jisu becomes more terrified. She wouldn't even dream that he would be doing this to her.

This isn't the man to married and once loved, he's gone. Before she could think, he raises the belt and it makes contact with her skin— pale skin that shows scars without even trying.

"Stop! It hurts, please!" She screams hoping that at least one of the neighbors would hear and come to her aid.

Fearing that someone might call the police, Taehyung gags her mouth so no further screams may be heard. "This'll teach you a lesson."

It has been thirty minutes that Taehyung has been beating her. Cuts and bruises can be seen, blood and a black eye. She's scared of leaving the house now because people can see them.

Sitting under the shower she weeps. Never expecting that her husband would do this to her. Not even her father, beats her when she was younger so this is a shock to her. Men shouldn't beat their partner, neither should women. So what is the cause of this change of behavior?

Right now she needs her brother to comfort her and tell her that everything will be fine. He's the only one she can trust.

"I'm sick and tired." She says to herself, Taehyung doesn't hear because of the water running.

She can't go on anymore, she needs to end this relationship before it gets worse. It probably will by she dieing. She steps out of the shower and gets dressed to sleep. All this, she needs to rest her body and mind.

Waking she sees no Taehyung, he's probably at work or with one of his girls. Fighting the pain she finds her way downstairs in the kitchen to make breakfast, dirty dishes greet her. Sighing she opens the pantry to get the pancake mix.

After eating she tidies the kitchen even though she's in so much pain. She needs to go somewhere to take care of business so she takes a shower, the water stinging the bruises. She doesn't even have anymore tears to cry at this point.

She tries her best to conceal the bruises with makeup, lacking the confidence to go out like that. The temperature is a little high today but she still chooses to wear long sleeved blouse and skinny jeans, and a pair of white heels.

Not wasting anymore time she grabs her things and head out the door to an attorney's office, a good friend of hers. This toxic relationship will finally come to an end.

"Hey Jisu. What do I owe this visit?" Her lawyer friend, Iseul says jokingly.

Jisu rolls her eyes. "So now I can't visit my friend?"

"You know you're welcome any time." She closes her book.

She sits in front of her and begins to talk about why she's here. "I want to prepare divorce papers."

"What? Why?" A confused expression on her face.

Jisu tells her about all that has happened with her and Taehyung...every single detail. Iseul is pass shocked. She had no idea he was like that— no one did. Turns out he's wolf in sheep's clothing.

"Jisung knows?" Saying that she leaves from around her desk and sits on it in front of Jisu.

"I'll be telling him next." She picks her finger nails. She's actually nervous with going through with this, she truly loved him— still does.

"I'm going to do this for you for free." Iseul stands up and straightens her skirt.

"You don't need to, not because I'm your friend." She declines.

"I don't care, you don't deserve a bastard like him." Once Iseul says one thing no one can change her mind. "Let's get started on this thing."

The two spend the rest of the day preparing the document. This has to be the hardest thing Jisu has ever done in her life, she's even scared of the outcome. Suppose he doesn't want to sign it? Doubt it.

"Get home safely baby." Iseul gives her another tight hug.

Entering the house she sees Taehyung but ignores his presence. "You need to get ready, we're having a company party and my wife needs to be there."

Now I'm your wife? She had to say it in her head. She just nods at him and ascends the stairs to their room.
