i get into school and everything's calm. i keep to myself as i don't know anyone. i notice some people that i went to my elementary school but they all look weird asf. i go to my first class and notice 2 boys sitting together they look chill but i'd rather be alone lmao. after my classes i go to the cafeteria n sit down to eat then all of a sudden this short ass boy bumps into me "my bad" "u calm" "my names kai btw" "i'm duke" a taller boy says standing behind kai "coi" i say as i try and dead the conversation. "you hoop?" duke says "uh a lil bit why?" i don't know what happened after that but ig i was walking with them to the basketball court. kai "u wanna play horse?" i ball a lot so these lil boys won't know wsp. kai sinks a swish from outside the key and duke follows.. soon after that i follow. kai's now on H O R S and dukes on H O, im on H O R. only one behind kai but after a lil bit of mucking around i decide to get serious. i go from outside the 3 point line and hit a fade away. duke follows, kai does not. "i'm sick of this stupid ass game ts is rigged" kai loses his shit while me and duke are laughing at his petty behaviour. we go back into class and i notice kai's in my biology. i decided to sit alone at the back but ig kai decided to come sit a the back too. me and kai got along so good during that period that i ended up getting his snap, he added me to a gc with duke and another guy named fanum. i haven't heard of this fanum guy before so i was immediately sussed out. after school duke asked if we all wanted to ft, i didn't agree at the start but i eventually joined. "damn this fanum guys kinda cute" i think to myself trying not to blush as i look at him thru my screen. "so fanum where are u from? why haven't i heard about u?" "i'm from the bronx me and kai grew up together but he decided to be bougie and his fam moved to atl" "ok i didn't ask for a life story" i say trying to flirt "damn why you being so rude to my man fanum?" duke says. i just brush him off because i felt my face turning red. i made up some stupid lie that i had to go have dinner just so i could escape the call.
Not a lot happened after that but ever since that day duke,kai and coi became inseparable.
