Geoff was deeply affected by everyone's death, especially Bridgette's. But he tried his best to move on, he helped the others with therapy and checked on them regularly. He was probably the reason the survivors were doing better. It took him a while before he could start hosting parties again, but he eventually recovered easier than the others did.
