"Young man, perhaps it is a challenging endeavor, but is it not high time you delve into the world of chariotry?" His Ligurian inflection lent a distinctive cadence to his words, a melody foreign yet oddly compelling.

Phaeton, his eyes fraught with exasperation, couldn't help but burst out, 'Would it be too much to ask for a few suggestions on how to proceed?'"

The strawberry-blond youth seethed with fury, his trembling hands betraying the tempestuous storm of anger that raged within him, while his veins surged with an incandescent wrath.

"Oh, certainly. Young one… I didn't catch your name..." The dark-skinned stranger's words flowed smoothly, his posture unbending, his movements an intricate dance of grace."

"Phaeton, son of Helios and the Oceanid Clymene," the blue-eyed strawberry-blond declared with a blend of irritation and incredulity, as if he couldn't fathom how anyone could be unaware of his divine lineage.

"Young one, do you sincerely believe that you are of divine descent?" Cygnus inquired, his arms folding gracefully, his foreign attire a tapestry of intricate patterns that moved with his every gesture.

Phaeton, taken aback by this statement, confronted the foreigner with conviction, saying, "I do, and if you were acquainted with our deities, you would recognize that my father raises the sun each and every day."

Cygnus shook his head from side to side, his expression disapproving.

"How can you have faith in the existence of your Gods?"

"For all we know," Cygnus countered thoughtfully, "there could be a more rational explanation."

Stunned by the counterargument, Phaeton stood there, his confidence waning as he began to question the certainty of his own divine lineage. Doubt crept into his thoughts like an encroaching shadow.

"But fear not, young one. I shall be your guide on this journey to uncover your true parentage," the dark-haired man assured, sealing their newfound companionship with a gentle kiss on Phaeton's cheek. The unexpected gesture sent a warm flush to Phaeton's cheeks, leaving him both surprised and intrigued.

As the sun dipped lower on the horizon, casting long shadows in the tranquil grove of Olympia, Cygnus gazed at Phaeton with an enigmatic twinkle in his hazel-brown eyes.

"But remember, young Phaeton," he said cryptically, "the path to truth can be treacherous, and what you discover may challenge everything you hold dear."

With those tantalizing words, Cygnus turned and walked into the fading daylight, leaving Phaeton standing there, his heart and mind entangled in a web of uncertainty and intrigue, yearning for answers that lay hidden in the depths of ancient Greece.
