All praise and gratitude belongs to Allah, the most gracious and the most merciful. If we were to count the blessings Allah swt had bestowed upon us, we'd never be able to do so. Allah's blessings are not just limited to material wealth, it includes good health, family, friends, a sound mind, and a peaceful heart. But the greatest amongst all of these blessings is the guidance of Allah for it leads us to the path of righteousness.
Narrated Ibn 'Abbas:
The Prophet (ﷺ) said: "There are two blessings that many people are deceived into losing: health and free time."The above Hadith clearly explains us , how we have been careless about one of the greatest blessings of our life- Our health. Hence, we need to make sure that we value this beautiful gift granted to us by Allah swt and take care of our bodies and soul.

Ibn Abbas reported: The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said, "Take advantage of five before five: your youth before your old age, your health before your illness, your riches before your poverty, your free time before your work, and your life before your death."

It is only when we fall sick, or any of our body parts stop functioning, do we realise it's importance. We often take these beautiful gifts given to us by Allah swt for granted.
Only a blind man truly understands the value of the eyes, for he couldn't even see himself.
Only those deprived of the gift of hearing understand the value of ears, for they've never heard their own voice.
To sum it up, people do not realise the importance of things when they have easy access to it, it's only when it is taken away from them, they start valuing it.Hence, we need to make sure that our body which is an amanah from Allah to us, should be preserved in the best possible condition. We need to stay healthy and fit, and spend our life living in a way Allah wanted us to live.
The prophet(pbuh) throughout his life taught us some methods of treatment, and gave us some tips to cure ourselves from sickness, as found in the Hadith. These advices are collectively called Tibb-e-nabwi.
Some of the concepts that comes under Tib-e-nabwi are:
1. Hijama/Cupping:
The word Hijama, has been derived from the Arabic word Al Hajam, which means, to suck.
Hijama practically means, sucking out impurities from the blood of a specific part of the body.Cupping has been known since ancient times. It was known to the Chinese, the Babylonians and the Pharaohs. Their relics and carved images indicate that they used cupping to treat some diseases. At first they used metal cups or bulls' horns, from which they would remove the air by sucking it out after placing the cup on the skin. Then they used glass cups from which they would remove the air by burning a piece of cotton or wool inside the cup.
