After Queen Serenity unleashed the immense power of the Silver Crystal to defeat the dark queen Perilia, the once radiant Moon Kingdom lay in ruins. However, amidst this devastating destruction, the young princess and her beloved Endymion were reborn. The spark of their love was so strong that it brought about this miracle. Even the guardians and generals of the couple were reborn, and together they began the process of rebuilding the Moon Palace. It was not an easy path, but they were driven by an inner compulsion to restore the moon to its former glory.

With time, life returned to the moon, and the once majestic palace was once again filled with visitors from across the solar system. It was a gentle awakening that brought hope for a better future—a future of peace.

As the day of their wedding and coronation arrived, honored guests from the farthest reaches of the universe gathered to witness this magical union. The Princess of the White Moon would marry her Earth Prince. They had overcome all odds, and the young, radiant Serenity II walked elegantly down the long aisle, capturing the attention of all. She was confident that Endymion was the right one for her, even though her mother had never fully approved of him. Their love transcended life itself, as they had proved when they once died for each other. On this splendid day, they celebrated until the next morning, and it could hardly have been more beautiful.

The following year, their happiness was complete with the birth of their daughter, Small Lady Usagi. The four loyal guardians and friends of Serenity also found their happiness alongside Endymion's generals, filling the palace with love and laughter that permeated every nook and cranny.

The years passed quickly, and the little Lady grew into a young woman. But Serenity had been noticing for some time that something had changed. Endymion was gradually distancing himself from her. Initially, he took more and more trips to Earth, and now he barely visited the Silver Palace. Serenity didn't know what had happened to cause this growing rift between them, and she missed him painfully. Yet, she hadn't dared to bring it up with him.

In honor of Small Lady's 14th birthday, Serenity decided to host a magnificent ball to celebrate this new stage of life. She invited royal houses from across the universe to strengthen the bonds of friendship. Endymion also received an invitation to come to Earth. Serenity was confident that he would attend. Despite their estrangement, she knew that Small Lady was the most important thing to him. He took his role as a father very seriously, and his daughter filled him with joy.

And Serenity hoped that she could finally speak with him. Over a year had passed since he had been on Earth without her. It was enough; she needed clarity.
