A couple of weeks later, Beverly's work celebration was happening, and Y/N was coming along with as the plus one.
As the two girls were walking into the hall room, Beverly stops and pools Y/N over to a suave, sophisticated and extremely intelligent looking man that was standing next Will Graham.
"Dr. Lecter" Beverly says looking at the man "this is my friend Y/N, I think you two would be great friends. "
"Well Miss Katz" Dr. Lecter says looking at Beverly then Y/N "I am very interested in meeting lady Y/N" at the end of saying all this he smiles at Y/N.
"Hello, I am Y/N. It's nice to meet you." Y/N says this with only the slightest nervousness.
As this exchange is happening Beverly and Will take the time to talk and decide to leave the two others to themselves "Y/N, Dr. Lecter me and Will are going inside" Beverly smiles while saying this then says, "Dr. Lecter, please take care of Y/N and don't lose her, please." Beverly and Will then just walk off, leave Y/N and Hannibal alone with each other.
"Well Y/N how do you know Miss Katz?"
"I met Beverly in high school, and we just became best friends."
"And are still very good friends by the seems of it" Hannibal states this with a cool tone.
"Yeah, um so how do you work with the FBI?" Y/N asks not knowing what else to ask this strange man.
"I don't really work at the FBI; I more help out every once and awhile." Hannibal says this looking at Y/N with a smile.
"Oh ok, I didn't know that." Y/N stammers out while fiddling with her hands.
"Thats ok, not knowing things is very human quality." Hannibal states all of this, while looking at Y/N and her fiddling hands.
While this exchange was taking place many people started to fill the and this started to make Y/N nervous, as she didn't like being surrounded by loads of people. Hannibal notices this.
"Y/N perhaps you and I should go outside, it might be quiter out there. " Hannibal suggest.
"I don't want you to miss the celebration, I'm fine." Y/N says nervously.
"No no I wouldn't be missing out on anything at all, if anything I would be more entertained." Hannibal said this in a charming manner while also smiling at Y/N.
After Hannibal finish saying this he took Y/N by the arm and lead her outside.
