A late-night burger run and a quick newpaper article, led Dean to a desolate town in Nebraska - Black Fork. The town was gripped in fear due to a series of gruesome murders that left its residents pale as ghosts.
Without a hint of hesitation, Dean, trusting his instincts, approached the Black Fork tavern. It was the beginning of a tumultuous relationship built amidst villains, victory, and vicious secrets. They clashed and rested, peeled layers of secrets and disguised lies, all while dwelling in the heart of danger.
Dean took a seat at the bar and asked for a regular beer. He glanced around the tavern searching for something out of place. Besides the cheap hookers and rugged drunk men, he found nothing. That is until a ginger walked through the tavern doors. She was beautiful and there was no understanding of why she'd be at such a pigsty.
She had shoulder-length deep brown hair tucked into a slick back ponytail, with curls and coils so tight they bounced every step. She was an amazing Carmel brown with deep brown eyes, seemingly black unless stricken with light. She wore black cargo pants that hugged her thighs and waist. There was a yellow and black plaid shirt she wore on top of a plain white tee.
Dean couldn't take his eyes off of her and apparently neither could anyone else. She walked up to the bar and sat a few chairs down from Dean asking the bartender for a Rum and Coke. Dean liked her taste. Dean looked away from her with his iconic smirk. The bartender saw this and chuckled.
"Oh boy, you don't have a chance with 'er" He smiled as he cleaned his glasses. Dean looked up at him confused and asked why. "That girl right there? That's Cecilia Robbins. The town's recluse. No one knows who she is or where she came from. Showed up 'ere about four-five years ago. Barely speaks but everyone here respects her because of her beauty." The bartender shook his head out of remorse.
Dean looked back over to Cecilia when he noticed she was staring at him. He froze looked around and pointed at himself. That's when Cecilia got up paid her tab and walked out the door giving Dean the right away to follow her.
Dean looked at the bartender with a smile and paid for his tab before following after. He could see her walking towards a small alleyway that was a few yards from his precious Impala, Baby. He watched her disappear behind a wall and he quickly followed suit.
His head hit the concrete wall and he felt the air get knocked out of him. He could feel his body being pinned against the wall. Dean felt the coldness of a blade touch his throat and swallowed hard. "Who are you, and why are you here." Dean opened his eyes to see Cecilia in front of him holding the blade to his throat.
"I'll say it again. Who are you and why are you here." She pressed the knife into Dean's neck. Dean didn't panic and responded. "Dean Winchester- I'm here to save your town's ass from a werewolf." Dean had done some research before coming to Black Fork.
There was a string of murders with victims' hearts ripped out along with multiple gash wounds that police and others have called an animal mauling.
Cecilia let her hand fall as she let go of Dean. "So you're a hunter too?" She asked as her voice wavered. Dean replied with a yes, Cicilia crashed into his chest to hug him. Dean was very confused at the moment. He wasn't used to women nearly killing him and then crying soon after. He let it happen anyway.
While Cecilia was crying you could make out words between her tears. "I'm not...alone anymore." She choked out sobs that Dean was too familiar with. The pain and guilt of a lost one. Dean isn't afraid to show his emotions but he would hold them back for only one person. But he's gone.
Dean patted her back and asked if she was okay. She nodded and he walked her to Baby after calming her down a bit. They say in the car not talking for some minutes before Dean breaks the silence. "So you're a hunter? How long have you been one?" He turned and looked at her. He could see how red her eyes were for just that short of a cry. He wondered how much was built up.
"Since my father left me." Dean knew those words all too well. He sighed and reached for his keys. "When was that?" He asked quietly not trying to push her over her limit. She adjusted in the seat and toyed with the blade in her hand. "Since I was ten. I'm twenty-six now." She said in a whisper. Her whole demeanor changed since she was in that bar.
Dean put the keys in the ignition and asked her if she stayed nearby. She responded with a yes and he asked if there was a hotel nearby. "Yeah there's a good one close to where I stay, it's about three minutes away." Dean pulled out of the tavern parking lot and headed to the Shady Rest motel.
