I get ready then go downstairs to get some breakfast, I walk into the kitchen and see everyone up and sat at the table. "What's the occasion?" I say whilst laughing. "You're actually up before 7am!" "Why wouldn't we be? Today is our first day we wouldn't want to be late!" Ashley replies. "That's today?" I say confused. I forgot.. I never forget anything. "Yeah! Come on your telling me you, Liam Tate forgot something?" Mason says whilst laughing. "Oh get lost. People forget things, okay?" I say in an annoyed tone. Wow, why am I so annoyed about forgetting something? Whatever it doesn't matter.
An hour later
I go into the living room, where everyone is sat. "Anyone need a ride?" I ask knowing at least one of my siblings will need me to drive them to school. "I do!" Ashley says. "And me!" Ethan shouts running into the room with half of his toast in his mouth. "How are you not even finished your toast, it's been an hour?" I ask in a confused tone. "Don't judge! I got side tracked a couple of times, let's go before we're late!" He says trying to avoid the question and runs to the car. "That was weird" Ashley says and she walks towards the car. "You coming?" I ask mason as he's just sat there reading some old book. "I have my own car remember, brother? I can get there myself." He says not even looking up from his book. "Oh, right. I forgot, but you may as well just go with us as we're all going the same place, brother." I say whilst standing there with my arms crossed. "Fine, whatever." He slams his book closed and storms to the car like he's a stroppy little kid. I honestly don't know what happened to him all of a sudden. But he's just became really horrible toward his me and the others. Yet he's still nice to other people?! But it's probably just because we're siblings.
As we pull up at the school I turn to my siblings in the back "Remember: don't get attached to anyone we will have to move again in a few years. don't feed on your classmates and don't compel anyone. We can't risk one of you idiots exposing the whole supernatural community!" I say in a serious tone. "We get it, Liam you've gave us the same talk every 3 years for the past millennium. We're just there to blend in." He says and gets out the car not even waving. "Ignore him, he's just nervous after what happened last time." Ashley says then kisses my cheek and jumps out the car and walks into the school. "Brother what did happen last time Ashley and Ethan both won't tell me. Apparently I would just make fun of him?" I sigh "Fine, I'll tell you. So last time there was this girl he really liked and they was in class, but then, she cut her hand, so she ran out to nurses office.. But he couldn't help himself and followed her, but he ended up vamping(vampire speed) right in front of her. He couldn't help himself he ended up feeding from her. He tried to stop himself but he just couldn't." I say with sympathy in my voice. "Ah and that's why he's only drinking blood bags.. as he's to scared he won't be able to control himself. Does he not know it's only when your experiencing major emotions like love, heartbreak of anger?" Mason says. "I know but he's too scared. Don't bring this up and don't tell him or Ashley. I told you you know she's protective over him, now go your going to be late." I say starting the engine, mason gets out the car and walks inside. Wow nobody says thanks for the ride.
