Rowan was riding his bike, slowly so he doesn't get an asthma attack to the ledge. When Rowan, Andy and Andy's friends got there Rowan saw Stacy and Lydia. He dropped his bike and waved at Stacy when they made eye-contact.

"What are you doing here?" Rowan asked Stacy.

"Kym invites us. What are you doing here?" She asked.

"Andy invited me."

After talking for a while Aaron spoke up. "I dare someone to jump off the edge!"

"Jump off?" Mateo questioned. "You'd break your legs and spine from the impact."

"I heard some girl at our school's cousin jumped off and she now texts with her nose so, no." Kym explained.

"I can't go in, I have my contacts in."

"I'd be happy to hold them for you, Aaron." Everyone laughed at Lydia.

"I'll do it." Stacy spoke up. Rowan turned to Stacy. "No, your not."

"You don't own me, Rowan."

"I don't, but I'm not letting you jump off and possibly die." Rowan explained.

"I'm jumping off, Row." Stacy voiced.

"Then I'm jumping off with you." Rowan folded his arms. "Fine!"

Lydia started giving them a lecture about how if they died their parents would blame her.

Rowan and Stacy ran to the edge hand-in-hand. "Rowan, Stacy, No!"

Rowan and Stacy jumped off the edge as everyone cheered.

They landed in the water and floated back to the surface.

Stacy was waving her arms around, not going underwater. Rowan, however, was taller than Stacy so he was standing on a rock with the tip of his toes.

"Stacy Friedman, Rowan Goldfarb! You freaking legends!" Andy shouted from the top of the cliff.

"That's how I do it!"

The cheering stopped and everyone had a confused expression.

Rowan looked at Stacy who looked pale. He looked at what she was scared of. It was a pad with period blood on it.

"Yo, Stacy turned the ledge into the red sea!"

"Shut up! Just shut up, Andy!" Rowan shouted at his brother.

Everyone was laughing including Lydia. Rowan felt bad for Stacy. He never knew how a period worked, but either way it's normal.

Stacy swam back to the surface, embarrassed. Rowan followed her.

Lydia and Stacy started arguing and Stacy was 'over' Andy.
