Hiro continued to cry. "It still hurt!" He cried out in pain, it's like he'd been stabbed, except with cuts on his knees. They are still probably smirking about their victory. He wrapped his arms securely around my waist and continued to cry into my chest.

I looked at the boy with thick, raven hair. I sighed in defeat, knowing there was nothing I could do. "Honestly, I'm at a loss." I quietly mumbled to myself.

I gently put my bare hand on to his thick, raven hair and slowly moved it across his head. I remember my mom could always find away to help us when we were upset. She could easily fix the problem some how. It was like magic. Like a genie making your wish come true. I never knew how she did it. She just did.

I looked at Hiro, who was still upset. I began to wonder, mom in a situation like this, what would you do? Suddenly, I felt like I could hear a wine glass drop to the floor. It hit me like rough waves at the beach connecting to the soft sand. A flash back.
