I roll my eyes at the big ass child in front of me "Wow, really I didn't think about that." He gives my his amazing smile and then says "Well now that I know your name miss Em! I think I can walk you to your car and we can get dinner! That is if you wait here for like 10 minutes?" He gave me puppy dog eyes, this guy gave me puppy dog eyes! I roll my eyes and say "Well since I still have to talk to Taylor about tomorrow I think I might take you up on that offer." He gives me another Smile and starts running towards where I assume the locker rooms are. I laugh a little and then walk over to where Burrow and Taylor are talking. When I get closer Burrow turns his head then walks away toward were Ja'Marr had disappeared too. "I get a feeling that Burrow doesn't like me." I as I move to stand besides Taylor, he says silent for a minute then says "Well I think that he just hasn't gotten to know you behind your dads last name." I sigh and say "He doesn't even have the respect to at least try, it's on his terms and I really don't care." Coach Taylor looks at me funny then walks away.
Ja'Marr's POV
As I am getting ready to leave I notice that Joe isn't in here right as I am going to ask everyone if they had seen him he walks through the door with a frown on his face. I walk up to him and say "Dude, you good? You seem off." he looks at me and then says "No I am not good! I am now stuck working with the daughter of the coach that never gave me a chance and she just gets everything handed to her! I mean she played a national championship and a heisman just handed to her!" I stop for a minute shocked then I say "What she play?" he huffs out "Wide receiver." I look at him then shock my head "Man, you going to let a girl get in your head? I mean do you even know her? Like personally know her?" Joe looks at me and shakes his head and responds "Maybe you're right, now what you smiling about you got a date tonight?" I nod my head yes "I do and now I must be off!" and with that I ran out of the locker room.
