  she stared longingly at her brothers lover , who sat crying on a park bench .  daisy blinked twice before walking over to her , flowolf , sitting down next to the cyan- haired girl .
" hey , you okay ? " she asked soothingly , wrapping her arm around the crying girl , slightly startling her . " oh , h - hey daisy . " she mumbled , stuttering as she tried to collect herself and hold back sobs . daisy looked at flowolf with half - lidded eyes , bringing her hand to hold the wolf ' s cheek . " what happened , flo ? " flo sighed before responding , " w - well , michael and nathan were fighting over me , as per usual . . . " she began , already causing the red - eyed enby to grit her teeth . why can ' t those two jerks just stop fighting over her ? she doesn't love them . she thought to herself . her thoughts were interrupted when flowolf spoke up again , " . . . a - and i wanted to get away from them , so i took a 5 minute walk to where damion is usually hanging out . b - but when i got there , i saw damion . i saw him alright , i saw him kissing jacob !! " her voice got louder at that last part , almost becoming a yell .

  as if she was experiencing it all over again , she broke down into sobs . " oh . . . oh my . " daisy mumbled . she rested her head atop of flo's , massaging the sobbing girl ' s head slightly . " there there . . . you are too good for him anyway . he didn ' t , and still doesn ' t deserve you . " flowolf looked up at daisy . " y - you ' re just saying that to make me feel better . . . i don ' t deserve your pity , hell , you ' re amazing . " the dark - haired enby ' s eye ' s widened as a spark that had never been seen before shined in them . xe ' s cheeks flushed a dark red as they froze up . flo ' s did too after they realized what they said , but instead of their blush being a dark red ,
it was a light pink . 

  " oh my god - did that sound gay ? " flo finally asked , breaking the silence that had been there a moment before . " well , " daisy began , "  it ' s up to interpretation . but , even if you did mean it in a non - straight way , i guess i wouldn ' t mind . . . " they said , cheeks even more flushed than before as they stared down into their lap . " hey , daisy ? " " yes ? " " can i kiss you ? "

  at that moment , it felt like time slowed down . daisy looked at flo , blinking twice . as xe opened her mouth to speak again , it was as if the pace of time went back to normal . " y - yes . " flo ' s ears perked up at the - unexpected - response . to be quite honest , she didn ' t even know why she asked in the first place . they were quite genuinely expecting rejection . but , alas , fate had different plans . flo took daisy ' s hand in her own , holding it tightly as she leaned in at a slow yet fast pace , their lips meeting the other 's as their eyes closed . the red - eyed enby separated her hand ' s from her new lover's ( well , they aren ' t exactly lovers . . . yet- )and cupped flo 's cheeks . after a moment ( around 5 seconds ) of kissing , the two pulled away , blush tinting each of their face ' s a new color . " i love you . " daisy said . " i love you too . " came the reply , flo pecking a kiss onto daisy ' s forehead . " so . . . does this make us dating ? " daisy asked . flo remained silent for just a moment before piping up , " depends . do you want to be ? " she responded . " well , yes , i suppose . "

  " well then . . . " flowolf said , getting down on one knee in front of daisy , taking their hands in her own . 

" will you , demonic daisy , be my lover ? "
