Damian had been requested by the lord to shop for them. They had weirdly wanted a lot more clothing recently. He had never seen the lord himself, so he was confused by their sudden change in request, asking for feminine clothing instead of a bounty. Though, it's most likely just for their daughter or something.
As damian walked around the town, he began to notice his surroundings. A blue sky rather than the red he wad used to, the happy chirps of the people around, and the colorful decorations of the houses. Some began to take notice of him and run away or close up shop.
He wasn't disheartened at all, he rather expected it actually. He was a demon general afterall, he knows most will run in his presence. He eventually had to hold a shopkeeper hostage, using their fear to end up getting the intended items for free.
As he began to head out, he noticed some stirring in the alleyway. He headed in and looked around, noticing a small cat girl with a large stick.
"What's a child doing here..?" He asked quietly, wondeirng if the cat would notice him. She looked up at him and turned around.

"Hey! I'm not a child!" The cat hissed. Damian seemed perplexed by the sudden outburst.
"I mean...you look matured...but you're so short...about 4'7" actually..." Damian replied. He was really confused.
"I'm actually 26!" She yelled back. Damian chuckled.
"You're yelling back to me. Do you know who I am?" He asked in a mocking tone. He wasn't angered, but instead suprised by her not only seeming unafraid but actually yelling at him.
"You're some big guy in armor, I've seen 50 of you in my lifetime." She replied, seemingly unimpressed.
"You'd be interested to know that I'm Damian, the demon lord's general" he replied, hoping to inspire fear in her.
"So what? You're not that tough" She replied, scoffing.
"Hmmmmmm. Hit me then, go on..." He retorted.
"Nah" She layed down to sleep.
"That's what I thought kid.." Damian mocked, hoping to egg her on.
She looks up, a snarl forming on her face, and faster than he could see, she launched at him and swung a dagger at his neck, actually managing to cut it clean off.
"Wow...you're stronger than you should, most wouldn't even be able to scratch me with a great sword, let alone a dagger" Damian's head spoke as he picked his head up and reattatched it with no problem.
"Woah...how'd you do that?" She asked, suprised by damian just putting his head back on.
"Wait..did you not know I could do that? You intended to kill me?" Damian asked.
"I mean, I have a pretty high body count. I've developed my strength. But you also diddn't even defend yourself" She remarked.
"To be fair, I could have stopped that from decapitating. But even at full it would have still cut me." Damian explained.
The cat stands up. "My name's Lillana, you?"
"Damian" He held his hand out for Lilliana to shake. Lilliana hopping up and shaking his hand.
"So what are you doing here Lilliana?" Damian asked once more. Interested in the cat.
"Oh, I'm stealing weapons, I'm hoping to take down the general of the Fairy queen's army." She explained.
Damian stares for a second and then begins to laugh really hard.
"You, taking down a general?! Hahahaha! You should be a comedian!" Damian blurted.
Lilliana glares back at the demon.
"Wait..you're serious?"
"Yeah! I'm trying to be the strongest in the land!" She yells.
"Well..I admire your determination, so how about I train you?" He offers. He's rather impressed and holds his hand out to her.
"Sure...why not?" Lilliana sighs.
Damian proceeds to begin walking away with Lilliana running after him. She quickly catches up and pouts.
"Why'd ya have to walk off like that!" She looks up at him.
"Because, I'm not gonna wait. If you really want to be strong you can't have me wait."
