Meeting Gage

-Its October 31st btw-

I've been going back to school lately, mainly cause Matt and Sadie told me to. But Its finally Halloween! I'm going to a party with Sadie cause she really wants to go but is to scared to go alone, plus I want to go cause its at some rich person's house, and me and my mom are in an argument. All because I was "Being rude to Chris" and all I said was that I keep getting edits of him on my tiktok for you page, like what???

I start to get ready for school so I put on a black crop top with light wash ripped jeans and a orange plaid flannel cover up, then I put my hair in two braids. Then finish my make up, grab my phone and head out to Sadie's car that is parked out side my house, "Good morning babes! I got our outfits in my room for the party tonight" Sadie says as I open the car door and shut the door "Good morning, can we head to dunkin or Starbucks before we go to school I really need a coffee" I ask as my seat belt clicks. "Yes I was praying you were going to ask that I really need some coffee to." She says as she leaves the front of the house.

After we head into school I get called names, none of which are new.

-After school-

I head over to Sadie's car which is parked out in the front parking lot as hear someone scream my name and it sounds oddly familiar "RORA!" I turned my head to see who it was, and there he was. Standing right in front of me. Jordan.

I turn around and try to ignore his annoying squeaking mouse voice but he just keeps saying my nickname. Finally I turn around as he almost runs into but backs up. "What the fuck do you want from me rapist?" I say staring him in his eyes with a cold blank stare. "I just wanted to apologize, are you going to the par-" he says but gets cut of by a right hook to the jaw which makes him fall to the floor, "Stay away from me, and don't go to the fucking party" I say looking down at him.

I start walking to Sadie's car again as I feel someone grab my wrist and turn me around, I would throw a punch but it's just Sadie. I can tell by how smooth and soft her hands are. "What the fuck just happened?" She says looking at me then at Jordan then back at me. "He tried to apologize and was going to ask if I was going to the party" I say as her confused face gets more confused "Wait so why did you punch him" She questions as she opens my car door then walks over to get in the drivers seat after I get in the car. "He's a fucking rapist, I'm not letting him apologize." "Okay then." She says as she starts the car

On the way back to Sadie's house we stopped at the gas station so I can get some of my favorite snacks. Once we park I get out and wait for Sadie to get some money then we walk into the store, "Hey I'll be right back I just need to go to the bathroom, here's the money. You can head out once you get the food if you don't want to wait for me." Sadie says as she hands me the 20 dollars she has. "Okay" I say as I smile at her as she walks away. I walk up and down the isles to find the snack I like because we barely stop at this gas station so I don't know my way around. But as I walk out and isle with no luck I literally run into a guy in my grade. I immediately apologize for running into him and he just replies with "It's okay, will it stain?" He was holding a can that was opened and it had splashed onto my flannel, "No it probably won't but thank you for caring" I stated as I looked down at my flannel that had a wet spot of the middle of it.

"I-I have some tissues if you need any." The boy stutters as he reaches into his pocket, "But there's only five." He says handing me the napkins. I take them out of his take and start to wipe my flannel down, "I'm Gage by the way" He says to interrupt the silence "I know we have Gym and Social Studies together, I'm surprised you are even talking to me after what Jordan said" I say as I finish wiping my flannel and look up at him, hes almost a foot taller then me but not quite there yet. "I know Jordan lied, we used to be best friends in elementary but then he spread rumors about me that actually he did." He says before staring down into my eyes, we stare for almost a minute before he breaks the silence "I'm- I'm sorry about what he did to you, he is a real jerk" 

"Thank you most people believe him because he spoke out first" I reply still not breaking eye contact "Uh- Um are you going to Dalia's Halloween party tonight?" Gage says after breaking eye contact "Yea me and Sadie are going as Magic Mike. What are you going as?" I ask him " I'm going as the Joker" He says as I look at the bathroom door and see Sadie walk out and over to us "Hey Ro who's this?" She says as she turns around to look at him "I'm Gage, Sadie we have homeroom together." He says turning to her "Oh right! Quite boy" She says after gasping "Yea" There was a silence that was very awkward before Sadie broke it "Anyways we have to go see you at the party" She says before grabbing my hand and walking away "Bye Gage" I say waving bye with a smile "Bye Auro see you tonight"
