You slouch over and swing your bag around as your friends tell you off. You'd been going on like this for the past hour or so. You and a small group of friends had decided to go out today, however, it'd suddenly gotten overcast and stormy. You were currently wearing a bikini- with a jacket over you of course. You have a love-hate relationship with bikinis... You weren't sure if you wanted to buy it earlier, but the girls in your group insisted. And they offered to buy it for you so what other choice did you have? It was free on your behalf, and pretty cute.
The youngest of your group, Niki, the one who also paid for your Bikini, began to talk. Her teeth were chattering as she rubbed her arms to stay warm.
"F-fuck... I love the beach a-and all but it is SERIOUSLY cold today, I heard it was going to rain." She stuttered and you felt bad, out of your few friends, she was your favorite. Oh and yeah, your only friends were this group. You chuckle at her struggle and take off your jacket, handing it to her but she refuses.
"Please Niki, take the jacket, you need it more. And I'm used to the cold so it doesn't affect me."
Niki is the sweetest person you know, and the person who's been nicest to you your whole life, even if you weren't actually that close, you enjoyed each other's company.
"No... I see the beach anyways, so you keep it." After hearing that, you stayed silent and bit your tongue. Normally your whole group would act like they were drunkards and laugh all the time, but you were pretty worn out after the big day, which was rare, but the Beach was your last destination.
