Chapter 2

"Sora! Wake up or you'll be late for your first day of school!"

Today is Sora's first day of Sophomore year at her new college, Hybe University. She's extremely nervous, especially since her older brother graduated from there and she doesn't want to live in his shadow. 

"I'm on my way down!" She yelled back to whoever woke her up. Once she was ready, she went down to eat breakfast with her family.

 "Are you ready for your first day honey?" Her mom asked.

"Yeah..."

"Why are you nervous? I told you about all the professors, you'll be fine." Her brother piped in.

"I'm just afraid people will only know me for who my brother is and not for my talent." She admittedly said while looking down at her food.

"Well duh I mean look at who I am, I'm WorldWide Handsome Kim Seokjin." Sora jokingly glared at Jin when he finished talking, causing him to laugh at her. 

"Okay children that's enough. Sora you better get going or else you'll be late."

Sora began her journey of walking to school. When she finally arrived at school, she walked in and headed to the office. Once she had her schedule and what class she would be in, she began walking the halls... until she got lost and had no idea where she was. 

She was so busy studying the room numbers on the wall that she didn't even see the person coming straight for her. Sora and the unknown person bumped into each other, but the unknown student grabbed her arm and was able to keep her from falling.

"Are you okay? You really need to watch where you're going." Sora looked up and was met with a very handsome stranger. All of a sudden she was even more aware of the warmth coming from his hand holding her arm. 

"Are you lost?" He asked her, snapping her out of her thoughts as he let go.

"Y-yeah I'm sorry. I'm looking for room 21."

"You're a Sophomore? This is the Senior hall, you're on the wrong side of the building." She felt her cheeks heat up from embarrassment and just nodded at him. 

"Well, if you go back down this hall and take a right, you'll find the entrance to the Sophomore hall, then room 21 will be there."

"Okay, thank you! I'm sorry again for bumping into you." And with that she immediately turned around and sped walked to the right room. Once she got to the class she realized she was already 10 minutes late, she just hoped the professor wouldn't get angry.

"Ah there you are! Please introduce yourself." The teacher says.

"Hello everyone! My name is Kim Sora." She says while trying not to make eye contact with anyone.

"Thank you Sora. You can go take a seat in the last empty desk next to Vernon at the back." 

She looked towards the back of the room and made eye contact with the boy named Vernon sitting next to the window. She was almost in a trance staring at his beautiful eyes until he looked away and back out the window. She caught the eye of one of the girls sitting in the front glaring at her, but all she could really think was.

Who is he?

(a/n : I actually don't really have specific characteristics that I want to use to describe Sora at the moment. In the future I may mention some, but for now feel free to imagine her in any way you want!)
