Beakbeom walks out of the nursery after checking on his children. He has a total of five newborns. Chi-won gave him a strong, healthy alpha boy. His other two mates gave him a set of twins. One omega died while giving birth, while the other barely survived. The doctor told him that they were too young to have been bred, and he should have waited till they were 18. Though it's not like he cares, they can always be replaced. The only one he wouldn't be able to replace would be Chi-won. It surprises him, but he loves the omega. Chi-won is the only one he treats differently. He treats him like a mate should be treated, much to Da-Eun's displeasure. She loved him initially, but he could never love a useless mate. He walks to his office to see if the alpha has returned with a report about the attack on Chanyeol's pack.

He finds the alpha in the office waiting on him. He sits down behind his desk before he motions for the alpha to go ahead. "It's been confirmed that Chanyeol has been seriously injured and is currently unconscious." The alpha tells him. "It's also been confirmed that Chanyeol claimed Baekhyun. They have been mates this whole time that Baekhyun has been missing." Baekbeom stands up, throwing the first object he grabs, smashing it against the wall. "Baekhyun dares to mate," the head alpha yells. "He knows that he is mine and mine only. He also gave birth to twin boys." The other alpha continues. Baekbeom slams his fist against the wall punching a hole in it. He then storms out of the room, heading to Da-Eun's room.

He storms in when he gets there, causing Da-Eun to jump. When she sees the murderous rage he's in, she tries to get away. He grabs her by the throat and slams her against the wall. He rips her clothes off and pulls himself free from his pants. He then picks her up by her thighs, lifting her to thrust into her. He pounds hard into her, causing her to hit her head hard against the wall repeatedly. When she's barely conscious, he takes her to the bed and throws her down. He then gets on top of her thrusting back into her. When he gets close to climaxing, he closes his hands around her throat, cutting off her air. Da-Eun claws his hands, but he squeezes harder, crushing her windpipe. He watches the life drain out of her while he pounds into her. When he reaches his climax, he pulls out, coming all over the lifeless omega. He then gets off the bed and tucks himself back into his pants. He leaves the room without giving Da-Eun a second glance.

He sees one of the staff that works for him. "Get rid of that and get the room cleaned." Baekbeom orders his staff. "Bring me another female omega, one that was just brought in from the village we destroyed. You know what, change that; I want a human girl. I want her to be 18 and never touched. Put her in that room once it's clean. I'll need someone to care for the pups, and with a human, I don't have to deal with any heat. Hopefully, since this one is human, she won't be useless like the last one." He heads back to his office to call for an emergency meeting with his strongest alphas. He needs to plan for another attack on Chanyeol. This time he's going to go himself. He wants to rip Chanyeol apart piece by piece. He'll make his brother watch. If his pups aren't omegas, he'll do the same to them. He will make his brother regret running away and mating with an alpha that's not him.

That day of the attack, Baekhyun fainted because of blood loss from his injury. Junmyeon and Kyungsoo were in a panic to save both of their friends. Baekhyun woke up later that night. His injury wasn't as bad as Chanyeol's. Chanyeol was seriously injured. They almost lost him twice, but fortunately, they didn't. Baekhyun has been by his side, only leaving to care for his twins. It was two weeks later before Chanyeol woke up. He stayed in the clinic for two more weeks before he was allowed to go home. He was instructed to stay in bed and rest for a month before he resumed his duties. The first thing he did after he woke up was order Minseok to fortify their defense along the border. He did not want another attack as they had two weeks ago. If he didn't make it on time, he would have lost Baekhyun, and he won't risk that happening.
