"Don't push it Mr. I need to tell you something. Really important—"

"You are—"

Someone knocked on the door and Vaishali immediately got up opened the door and saw chacha. "Beti, is Rocky here? I need to talk to him." He said with a small smile.

"Sorry can I send him after talking to him? It's really important." She asked with an apologetic look and he raised his eyebrows. "No need to say sorry. But it is urgent so I request you talk quickly." He patted her head and left. She then locked the door and went back to the curious Rocky who was just watching her the whole time.

"Rocky come here." Vaishali said and he obeyed and walked closer to her. He held her waist and pulled her to him and she put her hands on his chest for balance. She took one of his hands and placed it on her stomach and looked at him to see if he got the hint. But he didn't and looked at her with confusion which made her chuckle.

"Rocky. Can you fix an appointment with a doctor?" I asked and he nodded. "Why?" He asked and I smiled widely. "Congratulations Mr Bairya. You're going to be a father." I announced and he stood shocked, one single tear fell from his eyes and he looked at her with adoration.

He immediately hugged her without a word and tears flowed out of his eyes and he chuckled. Suddenly Rocky picked her up in bridal style and spinned. "I want to announce it to the whole world. But I won't, I don't want you and our child to be in danger." He finally said.

"Mallamma knows, she was the one who told me after a few tests. I believe you know more about safety than me so I'll listen to you onwards." Vaishali said with a smile and he smiled back kissing her forehead.

"Just so you know, chacha called you. You might to let go of me." She said trying to get back on her feet. But he shook his head and went to the bed and placed her on it. Being careful to add cushions behind her back and sat next to her.

"I will call him and tell him to come upstairs." He called Cacha and talked to him here and then announced Vaishali being pregnant to him. He congratulated us and left.

The afternoon Rocky called a doctor for a check up and gave a list of what to eat and not eat and told Rocky to take care of Vaishu well to which he nodded.

Rocky left for a few minutes and came back with a cat. "OH MY GOD, YOU ACTUALLY GOT ME A CAT!! I LOVE YOU." She almost cried seeing the kitten's cuteness and held out her arms saying she wants to hold her. He just smiled and gave her. Vaishali kept patting her head and caressed it.

"I love you."

"What's her name?" Vaishali asked Rocky who looked at her with raised eyebrows. "I thought you'd want to name her?" He asked his wife confused about her request. "No you name her." Vaishu ordered him and he raised his hands up in defeat. "Ayra." Rocky said after a long thinking time.

"Ayra, so cute." She said hugging the black furred cat earning a chuckle from Rocky. Then he picked Ayra up and placed her on her cat bed. "Heyy!!" Vaishali whined and Rocky got on the bed and pulled her to him. "You Ma'am need to rest. You have to be extra cautious because of this—" he paused to place his hand on her stomach. "—absolute cute child that's about to come in our lives."

Vaishali placed her head on his chest and hugged him. "If you let me sleep, like this I'll be even more happy than I am right now." Vaishu said and fell asleep. "Of course Darling." Rocky patted her head rhythmically and the night went like this.

The next day, Vaishali woke up and she saw that she was in the same position they were when she fell asleep so she got up and made Rocky lay down on the bed and pulled the cover over him. She then went to freshen up and left the room. Before she could descend the stairs Rocky swiped her off her feet and went down the stairs.

"Next time, don't try to go down the stairs nor go up the stairs by yourself. Call me or Mallamma." He said sternly before going to the dining table and placing her on the seat. Rocky went back upstairs and came back with his hair wet, he probably also showered. He sat next to me and Mallamma came to bring us breakfast and Rocky fed me before eating...
