At the Restaurant

Eunji sighs. "Do we have to?"

Ji Woo nods. "Of course we do. She's our friend."

Eunji groans. "Ugh."

Soo Young smiles excitedly. "Wish me luck! Bye!"

Ji Woo waves. "Bye!"

Just as they were about to go their separate ways, Taehyung, Woo Sik, and So Hyun enter the restaurant.

Ji Woo notices them first. "Hey, Taehyung! You guys are here too?"

Woo Sik grins. "Yeah, Taehyung is treating us."

Taehyung, however, isn't paying attention. His eyes are fixed on Eunji, who's scrolling through her phone.

Ji Woo laughs. "Then treat us too!"

Taehyung doesn't respond. He's still looking at Eunji.

So Hyun nudges him. "Hyung?" He shakes Taehyung's shoulder.

Taehyung snaps out of it. "Huh? What?"

Woo Sik chuckles. "Ji Woo said you should treat them too."

Taehyung shrugs. "Yeah, sure. Eunji must be heading to her date anyway."

Soo Young and Ji Woo exchange confused looks. "Date?"

Taehyung nods. "Yeah, with Sehun."

Ji Woo bursts out laughing. "No, no! Soo Young is the one on a date with him."

Taehyung freezes. "But I saw Sehun's pic on her wallpaper."

Soo Young waves her hand. "That was my phone."

Woo Sik smirks. "So... Eunji isn't on a date?"

Soo Young shakes her head. "Nope."

Taehyung exhales, barely above a whisper. "Thank God."

Ji Woo teases. "Eunji? On a date? She doesn't even talk to boys properly."

Taehyung frowns. "But she was talking to Sehun."

Soo Young grins. "Yeah, for me. So I'd finally shut up about him. But when did you see her talking to Sehun?"

Taehyung and Woo Sik panic. "Ahh—shall we eat?"

Soo Young rolls her eyes. "Fine. I'm going back. Bye." She leaves to meet Sehun.

Eunji, still busy on her phone, doesn't notice anything.

Ji Woo shakes her shoulder. "Eunji."

Eunji looks up. "Yeah?"

Ji Woo grins. "Taehyung is treating us."

Eunji nods absentmindedly. "Okay... wait, what?!"

She finally looks up and sees Taehyung standing in front of her.

Eunji glares. "I am not taking a treat from him."

Ji Woo sighs. "Eunji..."

So Hyun steps forward. "Hi, I'm So Hyun, Taehyung's brother."

Eunji stays silent.

Woo Sik clears his throat. "Eunji, we're really sorry about last time. Taehyung is sorry too." He nudges him. "Right, Taehyung?"

Taehyung mutters. "Sorry."

Eunji's eyes darken. "Fine. But still—stay away from me."

Saying that, she heads toward a seat.

They all finish eating, and just as they're about to leave, Soo Young and Sehun walk up to them.

Sehun smiles. "Thanks, Eunji, for this date. I really enjoyed it."

Soo Young grins. "Yeah, Eunji! Thank you!"

Eunji shrugs. "Yeah."

Soo Young steps forward, arms wide. "Come here! Hug time!"

Eunji glares. "Don't you dare hug me."

Soo Young rolls her eyes. "Shut up."

She pulls Eunji into a hug anyway.

Then, out of nowhere, Sehun also hugs Eunji.

 "...Let's go."

Taehyung clenches his jaw. "Shall we drop you off?"

Eunji crosses her arms. "I have my own car."

Taehyung quickly backs off with his hands in air, like surrendering. "Okay."

And with that, they all head home.
