Slowly opening his eyes, Jeongin wakes up in a hospital bed - at least that's what it looks like.

He found a phone near the bed. Strangely enough, the phone looked like his old phone. He opened it and was shocked at the sight.

'September 16 2015..?' He flinched. He was confused.

What happened?

He exited the clinic, curious to see for himself what he had gotten himself to. When he did, his eyes went wide open. He slapped himself in the cheek to confirm he wasn't dreaming. It hurt. He wasn't dreaming.

'This is..this is the high school building! Exactly how it was five years ago! What the heck..'

He then went back to the clinic to figure out the situation. He asked the nurse if he was gonna be sent home.

The nurse said that if he still wasn't feeling well they'd contact his parents and send him home. Of course, he was still confused at what really happened. He needed a place to sort his thoughts out, so he told the nurse to contact his parents.

The nurse then did as he said. His parents arrived and Jeongin took his stuff and left.

In the car, his mom asked if he was okay. Jeongin was zoning out, thinking and trying to know what exactly happened.

After his mom called his name a few hundred times, he finally responded.

"Son, are you okay? We could go to the hospital and have you checked up." His dad asked, obviously worried.

"Ah, no.. I'm fine. Just..thinking about stuff." Jeongin replied.

"Just tell us if you feel uncomfortable." His mom said.

"Okay."

The family then arrived home and went inside. Jeongin went straight to his room.

Jeongin put his bag down, checked his phone, still puzzled by the date.

'Have I possibly gone back in time? Or are the doctors playing with me? Plus, my parents look younger. Even the nurse who was transferred to another school five years ago is back here..or, she's ABOUT to transfer..' Jeongin wandered into his own thoughts, when he suddenly flinched and realized something.

'Wait, if I'm really back in time, does that mean
Jisung is..alive..?' Jeongin presumed, leaving a relieved smile on his face. His beloved Jisung is alive. He doesn't even care if this is a dream. All he cares about is that he can see Jisung and his smile once more.

A tear escaped from his eye. Eventually, more tears started gushing out of his eyes. He was so, so, so glad. He never wanted to lose Jisung again, and he never will. He was willing to twist fate with his arms, even if it would cost him his life. Everything, regardless of the consequences, he will do for Jisung's happiness. To spend all his life with Jisung, to spend eternity with him. Jeongin resolved to to protect Jisung even if it could cost him his life, again. Should Jisung die, he will go back in time once again. Should he disappear, he will find him even to the ends of the earth. Should he be list, he will guide him to the right path. Everything, he will do for Jisung's happiness.
