(Peter talks to Harry about the truth, but Harry doesn't want to hear it and asks Peter to leave, and as that's happening, we see a black substance bond with Peter)
(We get the scene that we got when the symbiote suit got introduced)
(Flint Marko is trying to rob some more banks to get the money to save his daughter, Penny Marko, and everything is the same, pretty much just Peter's attacking Flint because of Aunt May)
(The next day, he's at the Bugle where Peter demands the staff job double the money but that same day, Harry becomes the Red Goblin due to his anger with Peter. He chases him on his New Glider and fights him)
NOTE: This is a mix of Peter v. Harry fight
(Peter realizes what he's doing and he's still needs to get the symbiote off but goes to his rival at Daily Bugle, Eddie Brock)
(The rest of the movie is the same as the original for the most part, Sandman and Red Goblin fight along with sooner, Sandman would fight Carnage)
(Peter and Harry have a talk and Harry hugs him and they have a heart to heart and the sane way, Harry sacrifice himself just like Peter did)
(We move into a hospital, and Peter and MJ help pay for Flint Marko's treatments)
NOTE: Sandman and Peter become friends, and all he needed was a turnaround like a lot of us do every once in a while
