Senju Clan(The Senju Clan was one of the clans responsible for founding the first shinobi village: Konohagakure — the other being their rival Uchiha clan. Although the clan itself no longer appears to exist as a group, the Senju continue to influence Konoha's politics through their philosophy of the Will of Fire and the corresponding interpretation of the role of the Hokage position. As such, three Senju have achieved the position of Hokage. As descendants of Asura Ōtsutsuki, the Senju inherited his powerful life force and chakra, and through Hashirama Senju eventually manifested as Wood Release. It was thought that the Senju's strength was based in love. Compared to other shinobi clans, the Senju didn't specialise in just one area, instead mastering ninjutsu, taijutsu, and genjutsu to give themselves a wide variety of skills to combat their enemies. Due to this they acquired their name, "Senju"(meaning: "a thousand skills", "a thousand hands"), in reference to their being "the clan with a thousand skills". It is due to this they were the Uchiha Clan's primary rivals, and ultimately crushed their will to fight by the end of the Warring States Period)

Uchiha Clan(The Uchiha Clan is one of the four noble clans of Konohagakure, reputed to be the village's strongest because of their Sharingan and natural battle prowess. After helping found Konoha decades ago, the Uchiha grew increasingly isolated from the village's affairs, culminating in most of their deaths during the Uchiha Clan Downfall. Few Uchiha now survive into the present day. The Uchiha were known for having an innate aptitude for all combat-oriented skills and an advanced growth rate. They also have an especially potent chakra quality as well as a natural affinity for the fire nature transformation; Uchiha are not truly considered adults until they can successfully perform the Fire Release: Great Fireball Technique. Exceptional Uchiha have such skill with Fire Release that either multiple Water Release users working in tandem or a similarly skilled Water Release user are required to extinguish their flames. Uchiha also frequently use ninja tools in combat, being best known for their use of shuriken. The Uchiha clan are most feared for their dōjutsu kekkei genkai, the Sharingan. They can use their Sharingan to see chakra, cast various genjutsu, and, most infamously, copy opponents' jutsu. The Sharingan is such a versatile ability that many ninja consider it wiser to flee than to face an Uchiha in one-on-one combat. The Sharingan can be evolved into Mangekyō Sharingan by experiencing the loss of a loved one, granting the wielder usage of a new, more powerful jutsu in both of their eyes. Overuse of the Mangekyō Sharinagn eventually robs the user of their sight, something that can only be restored by receiving another's eyes, preferably a sibling's, to create an "eternal" Mangekyō Sharingan. The Mangekyō Sharingan's mechanics were long poorly misunderstood by the Uchiha, causing many to personally kill their loved ones to gain power)

Uzumaki Clan(The Uzumaki Clan was a formerly prominent clan in Uzushiogakure. Its members are renown for having bright, red hair, possessing incredibly strong life-forces and chakra, and their prowess in fūinjutsu. Despite the fall of Uzushiogakure and decline of the clan, it never quite went extinct as most of its known members have since resided in Konohagakure. The clan itself was recognised as active again 15 years after the Fourth Shinobi World War. The Uzumaki, being descendants of Asura Ōtsutsuki, also shared distant blood relation with the Senju clan. Through the years, the Uzumaki and Senju kept close ties, with members at times marrying between clans, as with Hashirama Senju and Mito Uzumaki. Following the founding of Konohagakure at the end of the Warring States Period, the Senju chose to symbolise their clans' friendship by adding the Uzumaki's emblem to Konoha's flak jackets. Konoha and the Uzumaki's own Uzushiogakure remained close allies over the following decades, with the Uzumaki providing fūinjutsu (among other things) to Konoha whenever there was a need. In time, the Uzumaki Clan's Mask Storage Temple was even constructed on Konoha's outskirts. The Uzumaki's skill with fūinjutsu earned them both respect and fear throughout the ninja world. At some point after Kushina Uzumaki immigrated to Konoha, Uzushiogakure was targeted and destroyed, some believing the village was too powerful to be allowed to continue. The survivors of Uzushio's destruction went into hiding and spread throughout the world. Of the known members, Nagato was raised in the outskirts of Amegakure, Karin apparently lived in Kusagakure for a time, Kushina in Konoha, who had a son, Naruto. After his parents' deaths, Naruto was given his mother's surname, Uzumaki, by the Third Hokage to protect him from his father's enemies. At some point, the clan was recognised as being part of Konoha, with its only known member, Naruto, marrying a Hyūga clanswoman and having two children. Uzumaki naturally possess incredibly strong life-forces. As such, they have very long lifespans and likewise age slower; Mito Uzumaki was born before the founding of Konoha yet lived well into the reign of the Third Hokage while still retaining full-colouring in her hair. This also enables them to survive and endure much more severe injuries while likewise able to recover from injuries and exhaustion with much greater efficiency in short periods of time. These traits are strong enough to survive the removal of tailed beasts, although they are still left severely weakened afterwards. Uzumaki also have the ability to quickly heal themselves and others, through consumption of their chakra. It is dangerous, however, to use this ability too regularly. Some members, like Karin, can display a unique sensory ability as well as the ability to suppress their chakra signature making them undetectable. Some members, Kushina and — to a lesser extent — Karin, also possessed a unique form of chakra with special properties which made them especially well-suited to become jinchūriki as well as produce adamantine chains made from their own chakra. In addition to their life-forces, the Uzumaki were most famed for their fūinjutsu, the seal of which typically appears as a spiral crest reminiscent of their clan's symbol)

Namikaze Clan(The Namikaze Clan were a clan of Shinobi, Merchants and Assassins in Rice Country that have been around for half as long as the Senju, Uchiha and Uzumaki Clans. They have high Chakra reserves and some are adapt to Sealing and Stealth. Their Stealth are considered unmatched and almost no one could find them)

Chinoike Clan(The Chinoike Clan was a clan active during the Warring States Period. Its members possess the Ketsuryūgan, a kekkei genkai that grants them the ability to manipulate liquids with high iron content. During the Warring States Period, the Chinoike were one of the many mercenary ninja clans active in the Land of Lightning. At some point, a woman of the Chinoike clan married the Land of Lightning's daimyō. The daimyō's first wife became jealous of her, and when the daimyō died soon after their marriage the first wife blamed the woman and her clan for the daimyō's death. Many believed the first wife's lies, causing the entire Chinoike clan to be banished from the country. The Uchiha clan were hired to carry out this task, and they forced the Chinoike clan to settle in the Valley of Hell in the Land of Hot Water. The Valley of Hell was thought to be uninhabitable. Ninja from the nearby Yugakure checked in on the Chinoike clan a few months after they were relocated to the valley and found them drinking what appeared to be blood; it was actually only water, turned red by minerals in the earth. Unwilling to investigate further, Yugakure declared the Valley of Hell off limits. Over the years, the valley's location was forgotten and the Chinoike clan faded from history. In truth, the Chinoike were able to survive, surviving off the valley's minimal wildlife and resources and enjoying decades of peace. Though living peacefully, the Chinoike clan had their disagreements. Being forced to live so closely together for so long caused even minor arguments to erupt into violence; in the anime, the tipping point was whether or not the clan should seek vengeance against the Uchiha clan for exiling them there. In a single night, the clan wiped themselves out, with only En Oyashiro and his daughter, Chino, surviving. They left the valley and Oyashiro, guilty for his role in the deaths of his clansmen, decided to hide his identity from Chino, raising her to believe that she was the last of her family in the hopes that she would not repeat his mistakes. Shortly after the deaths of the Chinoike clan, the Valley of Hell was rediscovered by Hidan. He reported this to Yugakure, who travelled there and confirmed that there was nobody still alive in the valley. They once again declared the valley off limits and officially ruled the Chinoike to be extinct. The Chinoike are famous for their Ketsuryūgan, a dōjutsu that, when active, makes their eyes appear blood-red. The Ketsuryūgan allows them to perform powerful genjutsu, of comparable strength to the Uchiha clan's Sharingan. They can also use the Ketsuryūgan to manipulate liquids that have high iron contents, such as blood or the water that naturally flows in the Valley of Hell. Before they can manipulate such liquids, it is necessary that they imbue it with their own chakra)

Izuno Clan(The Izuno Clan is a family of shinobi in Konohagakure known for their use of cat inspired ninjutsu. A lesser known Konoha clan, only a few of its members have been promoted to chūnin during adulthood. Wasabi knows of no clansmen to ever be promoted to jōnin, while she herself is the youngest to be promoted to chūnin, and the only one to do so before adulthood)

Dorogan Clan(The Dorogan Clan are a Dragon themed Clan that are notably known for their Crimson Red hair and violet colored eyes and red dragon scales on their arms. Like the Inuzuka Clan they like strong mates and whoever is the strongest of the two is always the dominant one, the Dorogan Clan are known for their Fire affinity and their Bloodline the Blaze Release, they take pride in their Kenjutsu which is second only to the Uzumaki Clan. The Dorogan Clan have a friendship with the Senju, Uzumaki and the Namikaze Clans)

Yoake Clan(A Clan in the Land of Snow, their numbers are triple the number of members compared to those from the Uchiha Clan or Senju Clan. They are known to have either Lightning or Water affinities with a rare few having both with an rarer few possessing the Storm Release as a result of that, they are most commonly and very widely known for having the Yin-Yang Release. Their allies throughout history were the Yuki Clan from Water Country)
