Aizawa quickly left the room and activated the emergency button.
A guard who was patrolling the area appeared and moved when he saw that Aizawa had touched the emergency button.
"Did something happen?" The guard asked, worried.
"The children ran away" Aizawa replied frustrated "Make sure the perimeter is closed and notify the security staff so they can be alert if you find them and let me know if that happens"
The guard nodded and ran to notify his people.
Hizashi and All Might , followed Aizawa
"What are you going to do now?" asked All Might worried who had seen the whole scene
"I'll call the director, he needs to know that the children ran away" said Aizawa, uncomfortable while picking up the cell phone
"And we stay here?" asked All Might confused
"Yes, most likely they didn't get far" stated Aizawa writing down the numbers
"Why do you think that?"
"Because those children were as lost as we were, even that boy didn't seem to know where he was, so I doubt he got far"
"It makes sense" said All Might, impressed by his reasoning
"What can we do to help?" Hizashi said he felt harmed by the situation
The cell phone started ringing, the call is on hold
"There's nothing you can do for now, wait here while I talk to the director" Aizawa stated, putting the phone to his ear, hoping the director could answer the call.
Hizashi became depressed because he felt it was his fault too. Aizawa noticed, but didn't have time to say anything as the director answered the call.
"Hi Aizawa, I already know the situation"
"You know? How?" Aizawa asked confused
"The moment the alarm was triggered a signal was sent to my office, so I called the people in the security room, they saw everything and told me what happened"
"They told him everything..." Hizashi murmured, afraid that they had told the director about his mistakes.
"So what do we do now?" asked Aizawa
"For now, stay there, they could still be around, I will call the police to monitor the areas and I will also close the school doors"
"Do you think they went back to school?"
"I'm not sure, but for now it's better not to risk it"
"Alright, understood, I'll call you if I find anything"
"Me too, good luck"
Aizawa nodded and hung up the call.
"So what has been decided?" asked All Might
"Like I said before, let's just hang around and wait for them to find something." He said while holding his cell phone in his pocket.
"Okay, maybe we'd better go to the security room to see if we can help with anything"
"Good idea, let's go" said Aizawa realizing that Hizashi was still depressed
Aizawa sighed "Stop acting like that, it wasn't your fault, no one could have predicted that he has such an ability"
