The two twins

Chapter 4

While Jungkook was printing out the pictures, taehyung went to check on the twins to see if they were still asleep, and yes, they were soundly asleep. He quietly walked out of the nursery and went to the office where Jungkook was and looked to see how he was doing with the pictures.

"How are you doing with the pictures?" Tae asked.

"Good, I've got a couple printed if you want to put them in the book?" Jungkook asked.

Taehyung nodded and took them, then placed the pic in the book. Photos of jin in Jin's book and photos of namjoon in Namjoon's book. He smiled, looking at the pictures. He really couldn't wait until they would be bigger and look back at when they were babies. He also did want them to remain as babies, too, of course, but still couldn't wait until they were big and look back at all the memories.

"I swear this computer gets slower every day! Ughhh!" Jungkook was getting frustrated with his computer to him it was like the damn thing was getting slower every single day, and with his job, he couldn't have it being this slow. So he needed it to start working faster, or he would need to buy a new one or something.

"Haven't you had that one for years now?" Taehyung looked over and asked.

"Yea, I think it may be time to get a new one." Jungkook nodded, still frustrated with the computer.

Jungkook waited for his slow computer to work while Taehyung laughed at Jungkook's frustration to him it was funny to see him so upset.

"You know it isn't funny, right? This damn thing is just trying to piss me off, and it's doing a great job!" He let out his frustration.

"Will you be quiet? There are two little angels trying to sleep, and they won't be able to when you're running your damn mouth!" Tae argued, which almost started an argument, but Jungkook quickly realized and toned it down immediately so they wouldn't wake up the babies up.

"Okay, I'm sorry, I'm just mad that this computer won't work fast enough and is taking forever to work." He apologized.

"I know, and I really think we should look into getting a new one." Tae said. Jungkook agreed it wasn't like they didn't have the money because, of course, they had the money.

After taking over an hour to get all the pictures printed, Jungkook was so upset with it that he at times almost banged the computer 6 times because of how slow it was taking. Tae told him each time to calm himself down or he would wake the babies, but luckily, the babies stayed asleep just long enough for the computer to print all the pictures. Soon, one of the twins woke up crying because of a dirty diaper, and the one to cry was Namjoon. Unfortunately, he had woken up Jin too, and so now there were two babies crying one because he needed a change and the other one because he had been woken up by his twins crying.

"I think it's your turn to deal with them, I woke up around almost 3am in the morning last night so you can do this yourself." Taehyung had thought and decided Jungkook could take care of them this time, but then chose to help him since he wanted to see them too.

"Why are you coming? I thought you said I could do this myself?" Jungkook says smartly while smiling.

"I know I said that, but I really wanna see them again, I can't get over the fact that their ours!"

Jungkook laughed but walked into the nursery where the crying was and picked up jin and held him. Jin placed him head on Jungkook's shoulder and calmed down. Jungkook quickly knew he had woken up from fear, probably because of namjoon.

"Is that what you wanted, jinnie? Did jinnie want to be held?" Jungkook cooed at jin, who soon fell right back asleep while Taehyung was changing Namjoon's diaper and then held namjoon until he fell back to sleep also. Jungkook rocked jin some more before placing him back down to get more rest.

Taehyung laid namjoon back down in his crib to sleep some more, but jungkook quickly stopped him and told him to stay still and hold him while he went to get the camera and take a picture. He rushed out of the nursery into the office, grabbed the camera, and took a few pictures before deciding it was enough and told Taehyung to put namjoon down in his crib.

Both parents walked back into the office, jungkook said he would print that picture out later as he needed to do some work on his computer. He told the music company he had adopted a baby and wouldn't be able to come in for a few weeks. He told them he would return soon, but the company told him he could work from home as long as he needed to. He was grateful that they allowed him to from home since he wouldn't be able to leave them alone with taehyung because he was a fresh new dad and there were 2 instead of 1 and that made things much harder. He knew he would need at least 6 to 8 weeks of working at home, and then he could think about leaving and having taehyung stay home alone.

While Jungkook was working on his work, taehyung was busy cleaning up the house and would later tell his friends about the good news about them adopting twins! He started by cleaning the kitchen, just working on the counters and tables, then cleaning the floor to make it nice and shiny. After finishing the kitchen, he went to the living room and organized the pillows on the couches, and moved some furniture around to change it up a bit.

It had been about 2 to 3 hours, and nung was done with his work for the next 3 days. He worked fast, and surprisingly, the computer didn't go as slow, but what it did do was completely shut off at the end when he turned in all his work to his boss. He went to check on the twins and found them asleep, then he went to check on taehyung and see if the babies had woken up at all. He found taehyung watching the news.

"Hey, I'm done with my work. Did the twins wake up at all?" He asked.

"Yes, jin did for a dirty diaper. Namjoon did stay asleep, though, so that's good."

"Alright, in about another 30-35 minutes, we need to feed them again." Jungkook said with taehyung agreeing.

"Yes, we should."

"Okay, I'll go make them while you go wake them up and then after we feed them again they can go back to bed since their babies and that's what babies do most of the time for a while." Jungkook explained.

Taehyung went to wake up the two and help them get ready to drink. While Jungkook got into the kitchen, got out the formula and bottles. He put water in the two bottles and filled them to the line, measured the power, and put it in the bottles, shaking them up and putting them in the microwave to warm them up. After they were warmed, he sat them on the counter and went to help taehyung carry the two to the living room. Together, they brought the twins to the living room and fed them for the second time that day.

Wow! I updated really fast! This is probably the fastest I've ever updated, so I better remember that, haha. I would have updated this earlier, but I got covid AGAIN, and it hit me really hard. lol, that's all bye! Remember to vote and comment on how you like this story!
