--Entry #465 --- Force sensitivity confirmed -- Tech typed into his holopad privately as he lay on his side of the shared bed in the early hours of the morning. Two days ago now he had discovered you were a Jedi and yesterday you had informed the entire group. Tomorrow was the fateful final hearing and shortly after that the entire group's departure, Rex included. Tech had been quietly processing this information the rest of that day, as well as making plans with Rex to return to the garage and prepare the Marauder for a quick stealthy exit. He had trouble sleeping that night and now lay awake, sitting up against the headboard trying not to wake Hunter with the blue light from his screen.

He hadn't been able to write anything down for at least 24 hours simply due to his brothers surveying him closely. Any chance of them reading his personal notes would normally be considered a violation of privacy however he was extra secretive in this case. Writing about a teammate was not uncommon for Tech, in fact he had files on each member of the Bad Batch and by extension quite a few clones they had worked with previously. Notes on their personalities, audio files, videos, photos etc. But this was the first female he had ever included, not counting Omega and his notes felt much more personal. Not to mention Echo had been fast on the draw with any opening to tease or poke at Tech so Tech preemptively prevented himself from adding fuel to the fire where he could.

--Origins from Coruscant confirmed, biological affiliation unknown. Continuing to inspect historical databases for possible locations. Access to Jedi temple resources may provide answers. Confirmation of light saber possession, one, possibly two somewhere on her ship or among her belongings.-- He continued to type, writing out details about what had occurred at the temple and impacts moving forward.

--I can see why she is concerned about the Inquisitors following us-- he thinks to himself, skimming over his work. --However, it's not going to cause a heightened possibility of our capture, arrest or death. We are already hunted, one more group is not going to up the average--.

Tech closes his notes, putting his holopad aside on the small side table and sighs as he rubs his eyes. --Force sensitivity will be to our advantage. Between her and Hunter nothing is going to get past us. Not to mention the specialized abilities we have already seen as examples of while Y/N was attempting to hide this information from me. These developments moving forward will be positive if utilized correctly--

Tech paused and looked up at the ceiling remembering that Wrecker had also surprised them with other information. David Aquom had been your fiance, and while Tech had considered it he had not wanted it to be a reality, which perplexed him. --why do I care? ... wait, I care about this?-- His eyes brows furrow and he brings his head back down, arms already crossed and hand grabbing his chin. He takes a few deep breaths considering his 'feelings' before concluding --Yes. It would appear that I care about this. My emotional reaction to this information cannot be construed to conclude otherwise. But why do I care about this?--

In reality, it made very little difference to Tech if you were a Jedi or not. Your personality and genuine attractiveness to him did not depend on such factors. But your emotional challenges from your force sensitivity as well as your previous relationship that was more intimate then he originally considered did give him pause.

He felt .. inadequate.. Not a common feeling given his strong sense of self awareness and evidence of intellectual prowess.

But, when he had found you in the temple,

when you had invited him to sit next to you while you did your hair,

when you had nightmares on Ord Mantell,

all the way back to the first time he confronted you and made you cry.

Tech regretted how he had processed and handled those situations. He had not been obsessing over them, since he cannot change the past with the current technology available to him. But he instead had been accessing and mentally planning an improved course of action for the next possible interaction, only to be surprised when he defaulted back to his usual ways. There was no way for him to determine how you would interact with him next. You were consistent, yet every interaction seemed to shift slightly on a deeper level. And of course, he had never expected to be on the floor of a Jedi temple at 1 in the morning with you in his arms sobbing into his shoulder in the grip of unrelenting terror.
