An introvert girl and a guitar, what could go wrong? everything, lol. Anyways! lets meet Hitori Goto (yes, her name isn't Bocchi) shes a shy girl and has been an introvert since forever, with no friends, lonely, you know, like an invisible girl, but one day when she was watching TV she looks at a famous band in an interview, and when she looks at the guitarist her mind clicks, she can make money AND get attention by making music! (almost like a weeb discovering the internet for the first time) so, she asks her father if she can use his guitar, and so she starts using it and dedicating most of her life to music!
And so, this very interesting story begins...
In my veryyyyyy...humble opinion, this is a very great comedy anime! and if u ask me, the combination between music and silly little girls trying to do something out of her lives just warms my heart, and if you as a young person dont feel identified with Bocchi then this anime is just not for you, as a shy person that doesnt do anything with her life, feeling like the main character of your own life feels like a hard thing to believe or even to try and sometimes, you feel like you are just a filler character in everyones life. So if you are going through the same as Bocchi, why dont you give a try to this anime? maybe it can warm your heart like it did with mine!
Now, the VAS are very common and just okay, nothing really uncommon to say about them, but i must say that the animation and art for this anime is just so stunning! for a common comedy anime i have to say i really underestimated the quality of the animation, so i got very surprised from the first episode and how clean and fresh the animation feels, you can really tell this was made by Cloverworks! such a great job from this studio.
Now about the characters, everyone is just so unique! Bocchi has some wonderful cheerful parents and sister which i definitely love, since i think her family feels like important pieces for this anime and not just some random filler characters, Bocchi and her friends are very happy, funny and also very close to each other, maybe because they share a lot of problems together and face them as a group which i really got to see from a positive perspective, and they all match the vibe and humour of each other!
Plus, do i really have to say how great the op is? cause yes, it is very great, but have you guys seen how CUTE the ending is!? in my personal opinion, the little drawings and the vibrant colors just gives you a feeling of happiness, like watching cartoons once again! it felt like eating a spoon full of sugar <3
And, if you havent noticed, this is such a Based Frfr anime to me! now go get my guitar! (i dont have a guitar)
