Several years before meeting Fizz...

You were working for Crimson, you ended up here due to your love for the thrill; you loved the feeling of handling a weapon and being so badass. You did everything as instructed without showing any emotion. You were mainly respected for staying in line.

Crimson called you for many tasks. He knew you could handle whatever was thrown at you.

You went on to work for him for many years, even after Moxxie ran away.

Now up to S2EP3's Timeline

Before I.M.P had arrived they informed you what was going to really happen, and you went along with it per usual, after I.M.P managed to escape with Moxxie though....some things changed for you. You ended up running away from the whole mafia thing as well, packing up your things and taking off to another Ring, Lust.

Your time in the Lust Ring

It took you a while to find a place of work and to realize there isn't much to give the same thrill of being a part of a mafia. You ended up as a Radio DJ, play some music, and get some cash, yada yada. You were paid 12 an hour, which was surprising. When the manager hired you, he mentioned that you had "a perfect voice" and seemed to have a vision for you.

You dated a few people, but no one ever stuck. This was the Lust Ring after all, but you weren't really in this life for the romance. You did everything for yourself and you were just fine with it being that way. Your friends though... they gawked over celebrities and just about anyone, for that matter. You didn't get it but that was okay. You didn't care.

Speaking of which,

Whenever you had first moved in, it didn't take long for you to hear about the celebrities of the Lust Ring; You liked Verosika's music, and hearing about the chaos at Ozzie's, but you didn't think about how attractive they were to you.
