Chapter 8

Lyla's pov

Its been two weeks since I was kindnapped.Jack has stayed every night with me to make sure ill be safe and that nobody wil hurt me.Aunt Lily has visited every day brining me a gift with her, as I spent more time with Jack I got to learn him more.We got really close as time went by.I was more close to hime at this point than i was to my own family.

"Jack?"I looked at him as he tried to get a good horror movie for us to watch."Yes,love."He looked at me to see me bushing a bit at his nickname for me.Sometimes it makes me feel like he likes me back but I never got the curage to ask if he did."What are we going to do when i get out here.Aren't they still out there trying to hunt us down."I looked at him with tears in my eyes as I get flash backs from that week."Well Im not sure love.I was thinking that mabey you and you're aunt come and stay with us ,but that is you're choice love."He placed a kiss on my forehead standing up and closing the door so we can watch the movie in peace."Jack do you still think they are trying to find me,cuz while they had me they always talked about how they will do anything and everything to bring you down and make sure you regret everything you did."Jack quickly looked at me with wide eyes.

"Lyla what did they say exactly about me while you were there.Did they mabey talk about a plan or something?"Jack looked a bit paile as he said that asif they were ghosts."Is everything ok Jack you look a bit sick and paile."I looked behind me to see the door is open but nobody was there.I then looked back at jack to see he wasnt there.I tried to stand up but saw Jack infront of my bed with a knife in his hand.I started to scream.

Jack's pov

Lyla was sleeping so peaceful.I desided to watch a movie untill she wakes up.I was half way threw the movie untill I her Lyla start screaming.I started to shake her so that she will wake up from her nightmare."Lyla wake up,im right here,everything will be ok."not long after i tried to wake her up she woke up.Once she was awaike she started to cry.This dream had to be something way worse.Lyla never screamed that long for a dream."Hey love are you ok?" I was consurned about her .She looked at me with tears in her eyes and immediatly threw her arms around my neck giving me a tight hug."Hey is everything ok?"I looked at her scared ."Yea just a really bad dream."I looked at her eyes wiping the tears off her face."Do you wanna talk about it mabey."She nodded her head"Not really,I would rather want to forget something like that than talk about it." I was really conssurend about her and her mental health at this point.

"Lyla ,Im always here for youno matter what,and you can always talk to me about anything."She looked at me with those soft eyes.My hart melted everytime when she looked at me with those eyes."I know its just you were in this dream,and not those other men."I was shocked at her words and looked at her confused."What do you mean it was me and not them?"I was really confused ."I dreamed that we were here talking and stuff and were aout to watch a movie,so u closed the door so we can watch in peace.When you sitted again,we started talking again and not long after you started to turn paile asif you saw a ghost.So i looked behing me to see the door waas open again but nobody was there.When i turned back to you,you werent sitting there so i tried to stand up only to you standing infront of my bedwith a knife in you're hand."She started to get tears in her eyes as she said the last part.

I holded her as tight as I couldto reasure her that everythingwas ok now.As I holded her a doctor walked in the room."Hello mr. and mrs. Harper.I have good new for you.You are free to go.Everuthing seems to go excelent with you.I did prescribe u some pills to help u sleep and with with you're anxiety."I got butterflies as he called us mr. and mrs. I liked the call of that but sadly she isnt even my girl."Thank you doctor we appreciate it alot."I said that looking at Lyla as she got excited."You're welcome.Before I forget we would like it if you went to see a therapist to help you with you're trama.I know it may be unplesant talking about this with someone who you dont know but it might help you .I wrote down one of the best therapist's in the town.She specialises in these situasions.We also need you to scedual another appointment so we can take out the stitches.But I wish you the best."

As the doctor left Lyla looked at me with a smirk.I laughed at her "What ,I didnt know he will call us that."Lyla started to laught after me,and hugged me after it."Do you by any chance have something for me to wear?"Lyla seemed so shy when she asked that asif she was ashamed."Of course I do love."
