Leo gripped his sword tightly, blood dripping down from the gash in his cheek, and arrow shot through his leg.
"Why..why.." is all that he could think of as the guard approached him, there halberds out and pointed at him, he slowly backed away and looked at the collapsed bridge beside him. the only place he could go, was to fight the guards or jump. He threw his sword at the guards, running and jumping off the bridge and into the rushing water. The boy barely knew how to swim and just flailed around, having trouble going up for air.
He soon felt that it was over as his movement slowed, and as it started to fade to black, someone reached inside, grabbing him by the collar and pulled him out..
