"I have three rules for you. You cannot try to run. You will not scream for help. You will not touch me without permission." he said. Sofie nodded in agreement. He hesitantly grasped her hand and unlocked it from the silver cold pole. He then loosened the cuffs and slid it off her thin wrists. "Truth or dare?" he asked her. Sofie smiled and said "dare." "I dare you to kiss me." Sofie backed up to press herself against the white garage wall. "Look who is shy now," he said while grinning. "I am not shy. I have a boyfriend, Scott." she replied. "I don't see him anywhere," he snickered. "Will you allow me to kiss you if I tell you my name?" Sofie thought about this, "Yes." "You cannot tell the other man I told you my name. You are different Sofie. I can feel it. Someday I will make you my accomplice in crime, my wife." "My name is Jax." Sofie had heard this name before. Scott had used it when talking about his coworker at the grocery store. She thought Jax was just another cashier. "You may kiss me," she said and held her breath. He leaned in closer to her and put one of his veiny, muscular hands against the wall next to her head. His other hand going to her waist, she exhaled at his touch. He got really close to her face, her lips, her skin, "You're too easy Sofie." He backed away and chuckled.
