S1, Part 3: Whisper in the Dark
Uthman, driven by sheer determination and fear for his brother's safety, managed to escape the clutches of the pursuing Loom. Without hesitation, he grabbed a knife and a pan, equipping himself as best as he could for what lay ahead, and he swiftly returned to the forest.
As he ventured deeper into the eerie forest, anxiety gnawing at his heart, Uthman repeatedly called out for Sam.
Uthman: "Sam! Where Are You?"
Uthman: "Sam!"
Uthman: "Sam!"
Then, a faint, trembling whisper broke the silence.
Whisper: "I'm trapped, Save me!"
Uthman's heart raced as he followed the voice, leading him to a decrepit and unsettling cabin that appeared to have seen better days. Its walls were covered in rust and filth. With each step he took, the voice grew clearer and more desperate.
Uthman cautiously entered the cabin, his senses on high alert. In the dim light, he spotted the Loom, its paper-thin form nearly blending with the surroundings. Without hesitation, Uthman swung his knife with precision, striking the Loom repeatedly until the creature was no more.
Finally, the terrifying ordeal was over. Uthman's immediate concern shifted to his injured brother. Sam was in a critical condition, but Uthman didn't waste any time. He rushed Sam back home, administering makeshift bandages to stem the bleeding and provide some semblance of first aid. Then, with Sam's life hanging in the balance, he sped to the hospital.
