It feels strange to remember you,
Beyond the seas, far apart in distance,
My eyes yearn for your sight,
My heart on the verge of distress,
Is it unusual to long for someone I've never met?
Are our paths meant to cross one day?
I rely on hope upon Allah and your supplication which said,
May our paths cross one day.
You don't even know me.
Sometimes I wonder so bad,
Do I ever occupy your mind?
Do I have a place among your thoughts?
Do you ever wonder that somewhere, someone loves you so hard,
So deep that you can't even imagine?
I want to see your soul through your eyes and take away the pain in them.
Should I keep on hoping or leave it?
Dua mein aapko maangne ki
himmat nahi mujh mein,
Mujhe lagta hai ki main aapke kaabil nahi hoon.
