The Apocalypse

Chapter 1

I was pushed towards the locker again, what a normal day. Emma is bullying me and i'm doing completely nothing. "What, you got nothing to say?" Emma says as she chukles to herself and continues beating up Amelia, "nope, nothing" Amelia says as she lets Emma hit her. "Pffft, so boring" Emma answers as she pulls Amelia's hair, suddenly the teacher rushes to them "GIRLS GO HIDE IMMEDIATELY THERE ARE SOME SHOOTERS!" Amelia quickly grabs Emma by her hand and hides with her in the restroom stall "Ew, stop holding my hand" Emma resists and hits Amelia's hand, as they arrive in the stall, to let her go. Amelia lets go of her hand and continues hiding at the stall, they both heard some shots and people shouting and screaming. They stayed there for a long time, Emma started to shake in fear while Amelia was completely calm, "Are you okay?" She asks Emma as she sees her shaking and sits next to her "Yeah... Im fine, It's just scary" Emma says and tries to calm down. Amelia puts her hand on Emma's shoulder "Its okay... We'll just have to wait here..." Suddenly someone comes into the bathroom as well, Amelia holds her breath and so does Emma. "I'm not one of them" Someone says to them, It was Jake. Amelia opens the door of stall where she is hiding with Emma and lets him inside, "Did it stop?" She asks and starts to rub Emma's back as she notices her body language that was obviously saying she's really scared and stressed out. "No, its even worse. The shooters have some virus that turns people into zombies, it seems that they are trying to start zombie apocalypse or what" Jake says, Amelia looks at him with shock "Zombies...?" Emma starts to shake even more, she didn't even seem like a bully anymore... she looked like a scared little girl. Amelia puts Emma's head on her shoulder and hugs her "Its gonna be okay..." She says as she looks at her worried, Emma clinged onto Amelia and burries her head in her shoulder while she started to cry, Jake notices that and hugs Emma as well, trying to calm her down with Amelia. "We should try to make this our base" Amelia says, and Jake nods his head "Good idea". Amelia starts to get up slowly and Emma wipes off her tears, Jake continues to comfort Emma, while Amelia takes her bag and starts to break the wooden planks from other stalls, she takes out hammer and nails and starts to put it on the entrance door. Emma calms down and gets up to help Amelia with the planks, when the planks were done they all sat down and started to give each other a roles so they would survive the best way "is anyone here good at cooking?" Amelia asks, Emma raises her hand "I can cook some food" she answers immediately, Amelia nods her head and looks at Jake "what are you good at?" She asks him, Jake thinks for a while and then answers "Im good at farming, it can be really useful since we wont have to get so much things in the outside" he says. "Good" Ameli answers, "I'll be the one who will go outside to get us food, materials and etc.". Everyone nods their head and Amelia starts to dress up "I'm going out, if anyone needs something write it down on this paper" she hands them a paper with a pencil and waits for them to write the stuff they need to get.
