Meeting My Mate! (:

Makayla's POV

I made my way down the stairs and saw probably a hundred wolves staring at me. Except for the few groups who were still talking amongst themselves. Me eyes widened in shock... I was SO not used to being the center of attention.

I usually just stayed out of stuff. I guess you could say I was a nobody.

Except for at home cause both my brothers always tried to protect me and my sisters did too but they weren't like my brothers.

Im worried that my siblings won't approve of my mate. It they don't it will just kill me. I wont no what to do.

When I got to the bottom of the stairs my best friends Diana... Julie... and Brittany were waiting for me.

Julie jumped up and hugged me TIGHT!

"Jules... can't... breath!" I choked out.

She let go

"You look so amazing!" she said smiling at me.

I smiled back at her "Thanks! So do you!"

She rolled her eyes "Puh-lease!"

Diana pulled me into a hug next but didn't squeeze the life out of me! "You really do look amazing M!"

I smiled at her too. "So do you!"

Brittany looked at me and stomped away....

What was with her?

I gave Diana and Julie a look and they shrugged.

I looked over the crowd of people and found my brother Logan. I walked over to him and tapped his shoulder.

He turned around and smiled at me. "Aww baby sis.... you look beautiful!" He said hugging me also.

I smiled "Thanks Logan!! Is Shayna here?"

He shook his head. "No she told me to tell you she was SO sorry she got invited to dinner with her parents. Which rarely happens. So... she just wanted to go with them. But I stayed here." he said smiling.

"Ohh its okay!" I said smiling back at my brother. "I understand completely" I said nodding.

I really did... Shayna had talked to me about her parents.. about how much she missed them.

He nodded "I knew you would M!"

He was right I had always been a really understanding person towards Shayna and my brothers and sisters. But only them. Other people not so much.

"Who do ya think your mates gonna be?" he asks.

"Not a clue... I'm really nervous though I know that." I said butterflies errupting in my stomach.

Who would it be?

Suddenly I a strong scent filled my nose.

I was so attracted to it.

It was a woodsyish vanillaish scent.

It smelled SO good.

I looked around.

Logan smiled.

I gave him a puzzled look.

"Go on..." He smirked at me.

My eyes widened and landed on a tall tanned figure.

He had curly black hair and was extremely fit. He was FINE!!

He turned around and looked at me and I saw the one and only Austin Ford. He was the popular guy and bad boy at school. He was Justin's bestfriend too.

Oh No!!

I walked towards him and his eyes widened. I froze for a second then kept going.

Once I got right in front of him I looked up into his eyes.

He had the most gorgeous green eyes I'd ever seen. I could stare into them all day long.

"Mate." I said smiling at him.

"Your my mate?" He said rudely laughing. "I don't think so." He said and walked away leaving me standing there broken hearted.
