28: Speed of light!

Chapter 28

"I am Seokjin," he said.

"And I am Y/N," You replied.

"Are you planning to lay on that ground for the whole night," He said. Then you finally realized that you were still laying on the ground. "No, I was about to get up," moving your body to stand up, to again land on ground with a hiss as your ankle got twisted in the process. You groaned again in pain, "it's so hurting."

"Wait let me help you," he took a closer, reaching out a hand for you to grab it. Taking in the offer you stood up for him to slide his one hand underneath your knees causing you to immediately wrap your hands around his neck. He picked you up in bridal style. Getting already without warning you he took a walk and then ran on fastest a speed possible. Speed of light!

"W-where are we going?!" You managed to say something as wind was not allowing you to even open your eyes. "Just wait for a while and you will see."

You both enter into a room. The mansion is small but really beautiful and close to the city. He placed you down on couch.

"Why did you saved me?" You said the question which was in your mind from the time he saved you.

"I don't know why I can't leave a girl alone in her dangerous situation like that," You frowned at the answer.

"But Vampires hate humans so you should have killed me instead of saving me," He shooked his head looking at you. "No, I don't hate human beings. I hate Vampires and that's why I hate myself being a Vampire." You looked at him disbelief mouth parted.

"What? But why?"

"First you tell me. How do you know about Vampires? That they exists," His voice was dripping with seriousness, expression emotionless, straight and cold. "Because I am girlfriend of a Vampire. His name is Jimin, Park Jimin."

The eyes carrying cold a moments ago now were dark red, fuming in fire. It was like if eyes can kill anyone would be dead by now just looking in to them.

"Park Jimin!" He gritted his teeth while pronouncing then name. Venom clearly being heard in his voice. You nodded slowly, "Yeah, Do you know him?" There was a quit silence for few a seconds.

"I know him so damn well. The Prince of Vampires, I fucking hate him to the core of my existence." his voice was low but it was clear for you to know how his body was getting tensed by the name itself  expression telling 'don't ever mention that name'. That scared you, his sudden reaction, "Why do you hate him?" You asked in whisper still not believing the words but wanted to hear his story as to why he have so much hatred towards his own beings.

"Because of his Dad I am like this. He killed the love of my life!" He yelled, breathing uneven. You flinched.

"Your love?" Your eyes soften. He was breathing heavily. Getting up from the couch you made your way and embrace in warm hug to calm him down. This feeling you can understand even though your case is little different but it about love. He came back to his normal form.

"I had also fallen in love with a human girl," he thought to tell you about it. "Who was she?" You were curious and attentively listening to his story of love. He started.

"I meet with her in the beautiful garden, that was the time I knew I fell in love with her at first sight which I never believed in, it was the best thing ever happened in my life, she was the best thing. I wanted to start a new life chapter with her. But..."

[FLASHBACK]

"Hey wait for me, stop running. I can't match with your speed," the girl said running after the boy infront of her.

"Yeah come here. Did you remember this place?" Boy asked as he stopped running. "Yep Jin, this is the place where we first met." Girl exclaimed, catching her breath. Jin cupped her face in this hand, staring in her eyes with due love and care. "Soon I will marry you, My love. I want to get out of this cruel world. I want to live a normal life with you like other humans." he smiled at her and kissed her forehead.

"What really?" She started to tear up.

"Yes, I am sorry that I can't treat you like other guys do to their girls because of my life, it is too dangerous. But are you happy with me?" She instantly nodded with a big grin playing on her lips. "Don't worry I am happy with you and I don't care if you are Vampire or not. I just love you that's what matters here."

It made him happy hearing her answer. There was true love sprinkling in both of their eyes, looking deep into each other like they got their eternity. He smiled and pulled her close about to kiss her. But someone spoke up from behind. They frozen on the spot. Jin slowly turn around to look.

"So you are dating with a little human? Huh?" the man stated and took step forward, walking towards them.

"Master..." Was the only word came out of Jin's mouth. He pulled her behind his back hiding her from the Master. Some Vampires came from behind and garb a hold of her, dragging her away from him while some holded Jin away. He was struggling to free our from their hold, but they handcuffed Jin's hands. He started yelling.

"Hey! No leave her," He pulled his hand but failed miserably. "Jin please save me!" Tears rolled down her cheeks as she pleased the others around her.

"Send them to the basement." Master order the Vampires and they bowed.
