part 6 " mother-in-law "

The chariot again started to move towards the mahal of rajputana
After not so long in just few hours they reached the mahal
They could there the sounds of bells drums and all variety of instruments for the welcoming of the rajkumar and his wife

Stepping out of the chariot as the peopled roared there names rudra saw his parents and other workers stood at the entrance

Finally when his mom did the arthi avnika slightly touched the mug of rice making it fall on the ground and then lifted her lehenga slightly up and dipped her feet in the red liquid and stepped her feet on the white cloth followed by the floors of the house
Rudra who was following avnika in each step looked here and there and kept in check of her safety as he knew after steeping inside this mahal she will be facing a lot of hardship and that to not by anyone but his own family.

His thoughts were broken when his mom spoke

Mom = avnika beta now u will perform the ritual of peheli rasoi

Rudra = Maa she is tired

Mom = so what rudra it's a rituals she has to perform it and it's better if u don't interfere and avnika go and change your clothes and come to the kitchen I will say what to make

Avnika = ji rani sa

Rudra signed and showed the way to his chamber to avnika
Entering the chamber avnika fastly changed into a beautiful pink lehenga with purple borders and sat in front of the mirror wearing her Jewelleries

Rudra got up From his bed and move towrads avnika and started undoing her hairs

Avnika = what are u doing rajkumar

Rudra = undoing your hairs

Avnika didn't speak further and continued wearing her Jewelleries while rudra started braiding her hairs neatly

Rudra = ek baat ka hu

Avnika = hmm

Rudra = whenever u don't feel safe here like with anyone also with my family if u feel any danger or uncomfortable pls inform me or talk to me ok

Avnika = why would I feel danger with your family rajkumar

Avnika didn't hear any reply as rudra did her braids and sat infront of her in 1 knee and took hold of her hand

Avnika = ye kya Kar raha ho app uthiya
( what are u doing , getup )

Rudra = relax princess u are my wife and it's ok if I sit on my knees for u

Avnika = n..nahi ap rajkumar ho u can't sit down like that
( n,.no u are prince )

Rudra = but for u I am your husband so relax baba

Avnika nodded hesitantly as rudra pulled her feet in his lap making avnika shock again but as she tried to take it back rudra pulled it back and looked at her making her stop her moments

Rudra took out big anklets and replaced it with a light yet beautiful anklet on both of her legs

Rudra = avnika pls don't trust anyone in this house

Avnika = ji

Rudra = and make smtg light for the breakfast don't stress or tire yourself ok u need rest I know u didn't sleep well in the tent

Avnika = j..ji
