"So, here's what I was thinking, maybe I could...", Phillip continues to tell P.T his plan to ask Anne to marry him, his face lighting up more and more with every word.

About a week later, Phillip continues to perfect his plan on asking Anne to marry him. He wants it to be just right for Anne because he thinks she is the most incredible person he's ever met.

Anne notices that Phillip seems to be a bit distant and somewhat secretive lately. Phillip hates to see her hurt, but doesn't want to spoil the surprise.

The next day, Anne is planning on going to practice for the next set of shows. She has been getting frustrated with the way Phillip has been, and therefore has been a bit cold to him.

"Anne?" Phillip says softly.

"So now you're talking to me? What?" She snaps.

"I just wanted to know if I could come to watch you practice tomorrow?"

She sighs. "Fine, why not?"

The following day, Phillip tags along with Anne, readying his new plan to propose later that day.

Anne goes into her practicing area and makes sure everything is safe. She grabs her rope and starts to practice, forgetting about anything else, just focusing on her moves. She then moves to her ring practice, not looking at Phillip even once.

Phillip starts to get nervous and a bit jittery. Of course, proposing and the fear of rejection was making him nervous, but also seeing these new tricks that Anne was trying caused him to be anxious. He knew she knew what she was doing, but in the air she seemed so careless while really she just had the skill.

He just hoped she didn't ever push herself too far.

When Anne finally wrapped up her practice, it felt like a weight he never noticed was lifted off of his shoulders. It was time, he had to ask her.

"Anne?"

"Yes?" She asked, twiddling with some ropes quickly to put things back how they should be.

He didn't say anything else, just grabbed her hands, and pulled her to the center of the ring.

"Phillip, what's going on?" Anne asked, shaking her head.

"Just listen. Anne Wheeler, since the moment we met I knew there was something special and different about you. I felt a spark in me that I never felt before. All of the money, mansions, and glam I grew up with, it doesn't matter. I'd trade everything for you."

By now, Anne thought she knew what might be going on. "Phillip."

"Anne Wheeler, I can't think of any way I'd want to live the rest of my life. So what do you say? Will you marry me?"

"Yes, Phillip, of course I will!" She laughed, falling into his arms. He put the ring on her left hand and she smiled widely at it. "I didn't expect this to happen today. Not at all."

"Well, that was my plan. I can't wait to spend the rest of my life with you, Anne."

"I love you, Phillip."

"I love you too, Anne Carlyle."
