Part 9

Jeongguk enters in apartment and drops the keys ontable. He notices taehyung is still standing in door. He takes deep breathe and turns around. The night was still and silent as Taehyung and Jeongguk stood facing each other in their wedding attire, the remnants of shattered dreams and broken promises weighing heavily on their hearts. The day that was meant to be a celebration of love had turned into a bittersweet nightmare.

Taehyung's eyes bore a mix of anger, hurt, and confusion, his emotions threatening to spill over. Jeongguk's heart quenches at it.

"Taeh...."

"Where is Jaehyuk, Jeongguk? I did all you said where is jaehyuk. Its was him who was suppose to stand there at your place it was him who was suppose to get married with me..." Jeongguk walks towards him slowly. As jeongguk takes step ahead taehyung takes one step back.

"NO, don't come near me. You were not supposed to get married to me"

"Taehyung please listen to me. Lets talk inside please. "

"NO first tell me where is jaehyuk. I want him right now"

"I will explain to you", jeongguk wants to explain it to him. But taehyung's emotions has already took over his head. Everything is hitting him now.

"Was that all planned??? That you to get married??"

"No taehyung"

"Then what is it?? WHy am I married to you?? IS jaehyuk hurt or something?? Did you all forced him to stay away from me??", jeongguk gently grabs and pulls taehyung toward him. But taehyung abruptly back away pushing jeongguk . "You have no right to touch me....."

"I know I m sorry", jeongguk back away but they are creating scene right now. He doesn't want anyone to listen them.

"Where the fuck is jaehyuk???????", taehyung shouts and jeongguk immediately grabs him pulling him inside the house. Taehyung stumbles on feeling burnt. He is out of his mind right now. He feels betrayed. When jeongguk once again tries to grab his hand, slap lands on jeongguk's face. There's silence after that. Jeongguk chuckles lightly he straightly looks at taehyung with his red cheek.

"You want jaehyuk isn't it?? But let me tell you that your dear boyfriend ran away from wedding. Even then I asked to them to lets cancel the wedding, but its not in my hand taehyung...",he finally let it out. A slap hurts but its not his cheek is burning but its his heart that is burning.

Jeongguk said so much things but taehyung mind keeps running with 'your dear boyfriend ran away from wedding'. At first, all Taehyung felt was a profound sense of shock. The realization that his boyfriend, Jaehyuk, had run away on their wedding day felt like a surreal nightmare. He wants jeongguk to say that he is joking and jaehyuk to appear out of nowhere but when nothing happens, his knees goes weak. He drops on his knees. Seeing taehyung, jeongguk tries to go but pauses realising he shouldn't be. He carefully sits in front of him. "I know how you are feeling taehyung but trust me I had no choice but to do this. I told them to tell you but......... Just trust me taehyung I will find jaehyuk. I will find him for you. "

On mention of finding jaehyuk, taehyung looks up at him. "You will ??"

"If you still want him we will get divorce soon , but if you don't want him I will still find him.", Taehyung just nods he is no condition to speak more. The love he had poured into their relationship seemed to have meant nothing to Jaehyuk. The sharp ache in his chest intensified with every thought of the future they had planned, now shattered beyond repair.

"First rest for today yeah!!! Let me show you guest room.", Taehyung nods, jeongguk picks up taehyung's luggage and shows him guestroom. Taehyung enters in room and stands still. Jeongguk puts his bag in corner and stands in front of him. "I will give you space. If you need me just give me call."
