My Purple Pain

He comes around every night tiptoe and crawling as he might into my room doing the ultimate sacrifice

I beg and I plead but they wouldn't believe

My mom wouldn't talk
My mom wouldn't help
My grandma pray
My grandma bray

But her pleads went in vain as my mother turned a blind eye to my pain
I get mocked amongst my peers for all the purple and blue stains, but they don't understand their meaning nor wanting to know

Months went by then I gave life

No one was there
No one came
No one comfort me when I needed the most

Then I was on the street, steam machine blazed with heat. Sunlight burn; moonlight freeze

Not a bird to make a tweet
Not a frog to make a creek

Then she came and fell 'asleep'
Leaving me in a wistful weep.
