"So this is what I've found out about the Quileute tribe" showing Bella what I've found and from where I found it "some of it is reliable and some not"

"We could" Bella looks through the notebook at my very detailed research "wow this is a lot of detail—my dad has this friend who is an elder. We could ask him"

"Let's go after school today" I say

"Hey" she asks "is it just me or for the last week, have the Cullens been acting...weird or" the TVs in the hallways of the school start to play and my face drains of color when I recognize this day.

"Dad! No!" I scream when dad has his hand covered in blood, my boyfriend Daniel unconscious. He's human and he's good. He didn't know about me or what I am.

I scream so loudly that I was sure glass broke, watching my father shove his hand into Daniel's chest then rip out his heart.

"I hate you! I hate you!" Screaming at my dad "I hope you die a painful death!"

People around watch the worst moment of my life, not only was that the day I lost Daniel but it was the day I lost Aunt Hayley. "Elijah!" Aunt Hayley screamed from where she was beaten and bruised "don't listen to them! That is your daughter!"

"Kill her" Greta orders "if you love my daughter you will end yours" she handed him the gun and dad looked at it before holding it up to my head.

"Do it!" I screamed "I will come back and haunt you! I curse you Elijah Mikaelson that you never find happiness! That any love you hold now will be taken away from you!" Tears run down my face "DO IT!"

"No!" Uncle Klaus came in and ran at Elijah, Elijah pulled the trigger and shot me in the arm.

Going to the bathroom when bile came up my throat at the memory of what happened, going to a stall the contents of my stomach came up. Flushing the toilet, my hands shake. I'm going to end the lives of whoever released that video, mom must have kept a copy. She always said she wanted to remember this moment since her hatred will burn so great that no one will stop her in her warpath.

Leaving the stall Brooke, Hayley and Peyton are here. The girls give me a hug and I let my guard down enough to cry since that video never should have been released.

"School is canceled for the day" Peyton tells me

"I want whoever released it punished" trying not to growl like an animal "that video was destroyed"

"If it helps" Brooke offers "whoever posted that video, also brought out our old time capsule so everyone knows what we were thinking. Like me flashing my boobs"

"I was naked, bloody and my birth father actually shot me" I remind them "my uncle saved my life...did it play the whole video?"

"You mean" Peyton asks "where that one woman ripped off that woman's finger before bursting into flames"

"They both had a genetic condition" fibbing the truth, it is an actual condition but it is not what killed them "they couldn't go into the sun without dying, some cases more extreme than others—it's extremely rare" going over to the sink and clean my mouth with water, then paper towels "I've got to go out there, don't I?"

"We" Hayley takes my hand "are right here with you" nodding my head, we leave the bathroom and people stare at us as we walk by. Hayley takes my hand that is shaking "it's alright"

Once we are outside, I see Bella "I have to do something before leaving" going over towards her as she is by her truck reading "you dad" she jumps looking over at me "is the Chief of Police right?"

"Uh...um" nodding her head "Liv, I could go down to La Push by myself"

"I'm going down too" hearing a screeching, looking over Tyler's van skids over and when I meant to tackle Bella I pushed her. She falls hitting her head as I'm pushed down, I see Edward Cullen holding his hand back and keep the van from crushing me.

I see Bella is looking our way shocked. The ambulance takes me, Bella and Tyler away. Waiting on a bed for someone to check me over, Bella and Tyler have concussions while I don't "Can't I just go? Sign myself out?"

"Not without an adult" a nurse tells me "is there someone we can call?"

"My mom is in Milan" I tell her

The doors open and in comes a man in a cop uniform, he has ivory skin and dark hair with facial hair and chocolate brown eyes. While the woman has curly brown hair, warm ivory skin and blue eyes "Hi" she is by my side "I'm Karen, it's okay Sally. Liv's mom called me and I'm here to sign her out, if there isn't anything wrong?"

"Nothing" shaking her head

"Thank you" I tell Karen as I got up to leave.

"Of course" motioning to the papers "I have to sign the forms, Lucas is here so..." nodding my head, I leave until I see Edward Cullen and Rosalie with Carlisle.

Storming over, I pull him around before punching him in the face "Never" I growl before him as cracks are over his face "save my life again you idiot vampire" looking at Carlisle "keep him in line"

"How" Rosalie demands "do you know about us?"

"Wasn't that hard" shaking my head "your coven has got to be the most pathetic coven ever. If your going to live in a town with humans, either don't work at the hospital or go to school to keep yourselves off the grid or participate every now and then so people don't talk badly about you or ask too many fucking questions!"

Looking over my shoulder at Bella who is here now, looking at the vampires whispering "Make sure she doesn't talk or I will—also if she finds out you better turn her or I kill you, you aren't the first coven of vampires I permanently end" storming past them shoving Edward's shoulder very hard, I find Lucas who is looking my way "hey"

"Hi" he comes over "Brooke called my mom since you live by yourself—Nathan and I, our birth father he's abusive too" biting my lip not looking at him "if you ever want to talk, Nathan and I know what it's like so...if you ever want to talk"

"Thanks" looking over when Karen is here smiling "thank you for"

"Of course" shaking her head "I'm Karen by the way, Lucas's mom"

"Olivia or Liv for short"

"Come on" she placed her hand on my back rubbing it "let's go home"
