I'm so sorry I haven't been posting, to tell the truth I would have maybe posted one chapter on the weekend but I wasn't sure. I have been thinking of ideas but it just kinda comes to me when i'm writing, anyways enjoy reading!
After traveling a maybe a mile or two? You saw your parents, out of breath and shouting your name. Your mother was sobbing, while your father was trying to get it all sorted out, after a minute they waved goodbye. You smile and wave back before turning around to find somewhere to sit. After walking a bit you see a spiky green haired boy helping one of the ship crew members. You see an apple on the floor and walk over to pick it up and give it back "Um,hello.. you dropped this!" You give the ship crew member, who smiles in return before running off.
"Hi! I'm Gon!" The boy said, a smile plastered on his face. It made me smile too.
"I'm Y/N!" I hold out my hand for him to shake, without a second thought he shakes my hand
"Nice to meet you!-" Before he could finish he let go of my hand and hopped up the pole in the middle of the ship (idk what to call it) "Huh?" You look at him, dumbfounded.
"There's a storm heading right for us! It's a big one too!" Gon exclaimed, with a shout of the captain all the crew members got to work on preparing whilst all the Hunter Exam applicants rushed to the bottom of the ship. Though I was in no rush so I was just talking to Gon, there were a few others who caught my attention while in the room in the bottom of the ship. There was a feminine teenage looking boy in the corner of the room reading a book, whilst there was another lanky and adult looking man eating an apple.
"Anyways, what were you saying gon?Hold on, look! That man looks sick, I'll go get help! Tend to the man while I do please?" I nod to him and he nods back, signaling me its good to get help now, letting myself out of the room I see the man I saw earlier. "Excuse me? A man is sick in the room, could you please come with me? Oh and bring water!" I rush back to the room and watch as the man comes back with water. I take the water and carefully help the man drink the water.
Right when we were done tending to the sick man the captain came and saw that the only applicants still standing straight were the two I noticed and me and gon. The captain all called us into his room and started asking us questions
"Okay, what are your names?"
"Y/N"
"Gon!"
"Kurapika" The yellow haired feminine boy says, I look over at him and feel content with myself for knowing his name, before looking at the lanky and somewhat grumpy man beside me.
"Just call me leorio" He grumbles
"Reason for joining?" The captain asks
