"I'll make sure to swing by and pick you up if you text me." Kyo said as Mimi opened the door and stepped out of the car.

She smiled and gave him a thumbs up before pulling out her phone and shooting Arma a quick text and looking back at kyo, who was still fixated on Mimi.

"What? I'll be fine....you don't need to wait here." She told him, and he shook his head.

"I just don't want you to -"

"MIMIIIIIIII" a cheery and loud voice yelled out as small star like creatures began to surround Mimi.

"Arma!!" Mimi called out, Kyo just rolled his eyes and started the car.

"Just call me if anything goes wrong." He said and then rolled up the window and began to drive away.

Arma walked over, and her star themed outfit seemed to glow in the led lights that were surrounding the party house.

"Are you ready? It's your first mascot party!" She chirped and linked arms with her as they began to walk to the entrance.

"What is a mascot party...?" Mimi questioned as they entered the building.

Mimi looked up at the ceiling that was decorated in flashing lights and crescent moons and space themes.

She scanned the room and took note about how many were currently in the rooms.

"Mascots are the people who have connection marks. Raya likes to throw these parties or mini celebrations for everyone to meet!" Arma explained as Mimi looked around at everyone.

She counted human looking people, foxes, angels, demons, and sorcerers?!

"There'd so many of them...are those dragons?!" Mimi exclaimed, and Arma dragged her over to a taller male with blue hair and white dog ears?

"Wrio!! I brought Mimi!" Arma called out, The taller male smiled and held his hand open.

Mimi grabbed his hand and shook it lightly.

She was sure that's what people in this demention do.

"For someone from a celestial plane, you sure are good at human customs. I'm Wrio! I'm Raya's plus one!" He introduces himself.

"I'm mimi..." she quietly, and the male just smiled back at her.

The lights quickly began to flicker, and the colors changed to a sea green.

"WELCOME EVERYONE TO THE THIRD ANNUAL MASCOT CELEBRATION!" A loud female voice boomed, and music began to play.

The crowd cheered, and the spotlight landed on a female.

The female had black and teal hair and ALIEN ANTENNAS?!

"Let's get started!!"

After a performance from the female, she got off her stage and ran towards the trio.

"WRIOOO!!! THE ENERGY IS SO HYPE TONIGHT!!" She let out a loud battle cry and hugged the blue haired male.

"Raya! This is Mimi. She's the new mascot for......uhhh....who do you work for?" He questioned the blonde haired female who just tugged at her sweater.

"Uhmm....Kyo kaneko...I'm his mascot gaurdian." Mimi responded as Raya's eyes began to glow. She made a rock n roll hand gesture.

"Nice to meet you biatch!" She chirped, and Wrio smiled.

"Mimi meet Raya, she's Ren Zotto's Mascot gaurdian. She's my girlfriend. " He smiled.

"Oh wow.....your really pretty.." Mimi said instantly as Raya grabbed Mimi's hand softly and looked her in the eyes.

"You are so adorable!!! You look exactly like how I thought you would! Where did you spawn from?? Kyo is one lucky bitch for having such an adorable macot!!!!" She began to rant and Mimis expression changed from shy to an puzzled expression.

She looked around at everyone chatting and playing games.

A girl with black and red hair was pulling a male with white hair and blue tips to the dance floor to dance, others from the group began to laugh and pull out their phones to record the two.

"I- I think I'm just gonna go." Mimi sighed and grabbed her small bag.

"What? But you just got here.." Arma said in a sad voice as Mimi just shrugged and walked to the exit.

"Did I say something to upset her?" Raya asked looking at her boyfriend who shook his head.

"I don't think so...Maybe she's just overwhelmed." He answered and Raya sighed.

"I'll make sure to stop by her class and apologize...." Raya sighed and tugged her boyfriend to the dance floor.

Mimi walked outside and pulled out her phone, wiping her eyes and dialing a certain number.

"H-hey....could you come get me?" She asked the person on the phone.

Kyo pulled off his headphones and powered his pc off and grabbed his jacket.

"Yeah, I'll be there soon." He said and ended the call.

Mimi walked over and sat on the grass next to the building and rested her head in her lap while she waited.

"Did something happen?" Kyo asked, and mimi shook her head quickly.

"No...I just wanted to leave." She sighed, and Kyo started the car and drove back to the girl dorms.

Mimi rested her head on the window and closed her eyes.

Why did a fun night have to be ruined by her fears.
