Part 2 Twenty-eight

It had been weeks since that day. I laid in bed with Mach thinking to myself about how could I continue this task on my own without Sapphire but Sapphire had everything I needed the only evidence I could use to find out more about Heaven was the book about everyone's past life, but we never got to even try to find Heaven's mother. WHAT THE FUCK! I'M STRESSED THE HELL OUT MY OWN FRIEND IS SIDED WITH MY BROTHER AND I HAVE NO ONE ELSE TO DO THIS WITH!

Just relax Lucifer I can handle this on my own, I got this.

I looked over and saw Mach laying on my chest her soft skin caressing mine gave me comfort as much as I wanted to wake her up and rail her, I felt at peace and just wanted to hold her close and cry. I wanted to vent and cry to her all day long about how much pain I was in, but I didn't wanna put the pressure on her, I slightly moved her closer trying not to wake her up and held her closer to my chest her body heat made me feel ten times better. I pulled the blanket up more to her before I had given her a kiss on her forehead smiling. She reminded me of the sun, she glowed whenever she smiled her body was warm and her eyes glistened whenever light hits it.

After a while I had gotten up and got in the shower resting my head underneath the shower head as the water hit my hair drenching it causing my hair to slightly sink down off my shoulders. I had sat underneath the water stressing my brain overthinking about what could I possibly do to fix things and make everything go back to how things were but at the same time I wouldn't have met Mach either and she's brought me nothing but care and kindness. I started to hear little pitter patter feet hit the cold shower floor, small fingers slightly gripped the shower curtain as Mach pulled it back and I saw her beautiful face.

"Could you use one more body?" she asked

I chuckled underneath my breath before nodding and helping her walk in, I feared she could see the stress causing damage to my face but what could I do I wasn't always strong at hiding my stress.

"Luci.." Mach wrapped her arms around my waist and laid her face on my back

I had slightly looked over my shoulder at her as she looked up at me with a concerned look on her face.

"I can see you stressing, those eye bags are dark as hell..and you look like you've barely slept.." she replied

I sighed and slightly nodded once again "I know..I won't hide it I am stressed but I don't want you worrying about it Mach this is my problem to handle" says Lucifer.

"But I'm gonna worry regardless..look at me" she demanded

I turn facing her direction as I looked down at her, she grabbed my hands placing them on her hips while she put her hands on abs.

"You can't hide your feelings from me, if we're together then you have to promise to communicate with me, tell me the truth even if it would hurt me..ok?"

I smiled and slightly bit my lip, "yes ma'am"

"Good" she smiled and looked up at me with a certain look in her eyes.

I chuckled and lowered down to her level and started kissing her lips passionately, she kissed me back slightly putting her hands on my face. My hands rubbed my skin, her skin was so addictive I couldn't stop myself but pull myself more into her touch I slightly growled between the kiss sliding my hands down cupping her ass, a cute little giggle escaped her lips.

The front door bell had rung as an annoyed groan escaped my lips while my eyes rolled

"I'll be back princess.."

"ok" she replied softly smiling bright

I walked out the shower wrapping a towel around my waist I quickly walked towards the door hearing the door bell ring over and over again as i started to get irritated I swung open the door only to make eye contact with the last fucking person I wanted to see.

"Hello little brother..."


My heart shrunk as my eyes widened with shock but slight fear in my head I thought "he couldn't have arrived at a worse timing" but I also had realized Mach was in the house with me and I didn't want him to know that I had a mortal sleeping in my home. "Why the shocked face aren't you happy to see your older brother?" said Hades as he walked in looking around my living room, my heart was thumping fast I didn't know what to say nor think.

"What the hell are you doing here?" I asked

"Well damn hi to you too, but besides the greeting I'm  here because I've heard that you've been exploring around some parts that most of us in hell wouldn't even dare to go to" replied Hades with a smirk on his face.

I closed the door turning around looking at him

"What I do is none of your god damn concern.." I spoke with a stern look in my face

"Temper, Temper I wouldn't dream of giving a fuck what you do..but I decided to have a change of heart today"

"What the hell do you mean change of heart?" I asked

Hades smirked and snapped his finger slowly opening his palm to a blue fire orb appeared into his hand as I looked into the image appearing into the orb.

"Is that?"

A image of Sapphire revealed into the orb showing her every movement, "What about her?"

"Well a little birdie told me that you and her go waaayyyy back and that you even slept with her a couple of times" Hades smirked, my eyes locked with his as I took a step towards him he cut me off and chuckled as he snapped his fingers with his other hand revealing a string while his fingers formed into a shape of scissors he looked as if he was gonna cut a string.

"Woah there sailor, wouldn't want the poor angel to fall out of heaven now would we?" asked Hades

I snarled feeling my vein pump with boiling blood balling my fists up out of anger, "If you touch a single fucking hair on her I'll rip your vocal cord out of your fucking THROAT!"

"Was that a threat little brother?" asked Hades

I sucked my teeth and noticed Hades looking up at my ceiling with his ears slightly perking up the both of us hearing the floor creaking. Hades looked over at me with his hair covering his eyes his smile widened leaving me standing across from him in fear.

"There's someone else here isn't there..~"
