~1 • The Beginning~

Fracture glanced at Theory, them both being in Fracture's level, Fracture was kind of thinking about something.

What they were even thinking of was going outside their level and exploring a little bit.

They were mostly just thinking of what to say, though.

And they were gonna ask if Theory wanted to join them in this.

They spun their spikes around a little, in a way, still thinking, and also just because they wanted to.

Abrubtly they stopped, and paused. "Hey Theory, would you wanna come explore Paradise a little more with me?" Fracture questioned, glancing at Theory.

Theory seemed to think for a few moments, before responding. "Uhm, sure!" He smiled a slight bit.

"Aight!" Fracture glanced at him for a moment, and then flew towards the enterance to their level.

Theory followed them, and they both exited the level.

"So um- what now?" Theory asked them.

"Uhhmm..-" Fracture looked around, before beginning to float over towards a direction they hadn't explored very far before. "I haven't really gone this way very far before ever."

"Oh, mkay!" Theory flew beside them, and they both headed that direction.

There wasn't much yet, except there were some trees. But it was pretty chill there.

They spun their spikes again, as in a way to express a bit of happiness, since they didn't really, have many other options.

They sort of just did that when they wanted to do something and not just float completely still.

Or to express emotions, slightly.

But sometimes they just did that for no reason. It was sorta just dependent on how Fracture was feeling.

They were about to pass by a level, but a shape came out of it, and Fracture paused. Theory didn't notice yet, but paused only moments after Fracture did so.

They were far enough away that the shape wouldn't notice them, most likely.

Fracture slowed down on spinning, before completely stopping. "I didn't expect to see a level fully."

Theory frowned a bit. "Huh. Uhm- well, they're definitely a corrupted shape.. and a hexagon. That's all I can really, tell, from here."

Fracture simply glanced at the shape in the distance a bit, not looking completely back. "Mhm." They did want to know who this shape was, and if they were friendly or not, but they didn't want to do that while Theory was around.

They didn't really, want to potentially put their friend at risk of being hurt, or even killed, for that matter.

They glanced back at Theory, finally, and Fracture just started floating off again. "We should probably get outta here in case they're aggressive."

Theory followed beside Fracture again. "Yea- It's not really the best idea to stick around a random shape."

Fracture did wanna come back later though, probably alone, so Theory wouldn't get hurt if the hexagon was hostile, and attacked them.

They didn't quite know what they would do if they were like that, but they could just, spawn stuff to attack.

They continued flying off in the direction they both were.

A few moments later, Fracture noticed a cave. It was on another island, but they could just fly over if they wanted to, if they were curious.

Fracture was about to say something, but Theory said something before they got to. "Ah, I never knew there was a cave over here."

"Yea, uh, do you wanna check it out, possibly-.. ?" They asked casually to Theory.

Theory simply stared over at it for a few moments, before responding. "Maybe uh, another day? .. I just, don't know if I wanna see what's in there right now."

Fracture simply glanced back the way they came. "Mkay! Let's go back then." They flew towards the way they came originally, but paused, waiting for Theory.

"Oh, aight!" Theory quickly flew over, and followed beside Fracture as they began heading off again, towards the way they'd come.

As they passed by, Fracture glanced at the level again, a bit curious, while still flying alongside Theory.

The shape just so happened to still be there. Abrubtly though, the shape turned their direction, most likely noticing them both.

Now startled, and a bit anxious, Fracture panicked a little, but tried their best not to show it. "Uhm- hey Theory, let's uh, speed up and get back to my level- I uh, I just wanna get back.

Theory frowned, confused, but seemed to accept this. "Oh um- okay-"

Theory flew off a bit faster, and Fracture calmed down a bit, but decided to stay a bit behind Theory, but followed them at the same speed.

Once they'd reached their level, they both entered the level.

Fracture sighed a little, somehow, and then glanced at Theory. "So uhm-.. do you, want a drink or anything? Like uh-.. water, maybe?.. I just, uh, keep it around here somewhere in case any other shape visits- Even though I can't drink it myself-"

"Hmmm.. sure!" Theory replied.

Fracture then spawned two wurms, which are basically just pink and black circles that are connected to each other in a chain-like pattern, which sometimes they could use like hands since they don't have hands, and flew off somewhere into their level to go grab the bottle of water.

They went ahead and grabbed a bottle with the wurms, and held it with one but took the cap off with the other, and then spawned another wurm, to grab a cup, and wrapped it around it. Fracture then promptly poured some water into the cup, afterwards proceeding to tighten the bottle cap back onto it with the same wurm they used to open it earlier, and then put it back.

Fracture despawned the two wurms they'd used to grab the bottle, and flew back over to Theory. "Here!" They used the wurm to give the cup of water to Theory.

"Thanks!" Theory smiled a bit, and then spawned two light blue circles, which were similar to the circle-shaped piston thingies he had, and grabbed the cup of water.

Fracture spun their spikes a bit, kind of happily or excitedly, and flew back off towards that other area in their level. They thought for a moment, of whether or not they should go find the other shape, and how soon.

Though, they were kinda glad they could spawn wurms for the reason that just, some shapes weren't friendly at all.

Fracture turned back around and flew back a bit.

Theory glanced at them. "So, uhm, wanna visit my level soon, or nah?"

They thought for a moment, anxiously. "Uh, probably not yet, I just need to check something out here soon, is all."

"Ah, mkay!" Theory glanced back away. "Well uhm, I'll probably leave soon back to my level, but, we could hang out for a bit before then if you'd like!"

"Sure!" Fracture responded. They half wanted to do this so they could relax and chill for a bit, but also to talk to Theory for a bit before things might get a bit chaotic for them.

Hopefully it wouldn't, but they wouldn't know until then.

For now, though, they wouldn't concern themselves about that problem 'till if it arose.
