Lately all I been doing is looking for Jamal Mama, I found a couple of candidates who may be his mom but like there's thousands of Bria Jacksons out here
I sighed throwing down my pen
I got up and went to check on Amika who was being awfully quiet today
Jamal was out with Chris doing lord knows what
"Mika baby what's wrong " I asked her getting down to her level
She was sitting down on the floor coloring in one of Jamal's notebook
I grabbed it from her
"Daddy don't love me no more" She said pouting
It broke my heart when she said that
"Yes he does baby his just busy" I kissed her cheeks
"No he don't love me " She cried
I picked her up and rubbed her back
"Mama he do love you don't say that iight ima call him for you" I said walking into the living with her In my arms I grabbed my phone from off the couch and dialed Aarrons number while taking a seat and putting Mika on my lap
"Talk to me " Aarron answered the phone
I rolled my eyes
"Your daughter wants to talk to you"I said while passing Mika the phone
"Daddy" She sniffed into the phone
"Whats wrong baby girl"
"You never see me no more " She cried
"Baby I be busy and what I told you bout crying"
She shrugged as if he could see her
"How bout this mama I'll come pick you up later and we can go get ice cream and watch a movie"
She smiled
"Otay daddy "She said passing me the phone and running to her room
"Hello " I said into the phone
"Aye don't pull that stunt on me again got her crying over the phone like I don't take care of her"
I looked at the phone stunned I got up and went to my room
